nothing, they keep locking them up, letting them go, locking them up, letting them go. they do nothing to try to change anybody, this reflects on their children, it'll never end if someone doesn't try to solve the problem

Speaking og thieves...Who are those people on Toto Rd that live at the corner of 250 East? They look like they are always high and their kids play out by the road with no supervision? I live right down the road and make sure to lock the doors. Since they've moved there I have had several items stolen out of my yard.

Are you kidding me? You're going to blame someone on Toto Road and 250 East for stealing things from your yard? This county is FULL of thieves...they've come right into back yards in my own neighborhood and lifted anything they can haul off...how can you single out someone whom you don't have a clue about, when the whole county is full of people who make their living taking other people's hard earned stuff?
