Man held for DWI after slow-speed ATV chase

An Oakfield, Genesee County man has been charged with DWI after a slow-speed chase through three towns.

This was in the Albion Paper:
May include other charges it says.

The ATV operator was identified as Steven D. Moore, 47, of Oakfield. He is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, DWI on an ATV, reckless driving, failure to yield to police and other charges.

Moore is also charged with third-degree unlawful fleeing from a police officer and leaving the scene of an accident. He was also charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief for the damage to the car.

Moore appeared in the Town of Barre and was set bail of $2,500. Moore is due back in court on April 2.
