Wow! I'm more shocked by the comments then I am the story...
When there is an accident, and you are the witness, you need to provide ALL the details. It is VERY important.
If this "Accident" happened at 3pm, why didn't the Franklin County dispatch center get it before 4:30pm?? Sounds like rescuers at the scene weren't to worried about calling this in, until it was too late.
I understand weddings and graduations are fun, but Life of a Loved One is just as important!
