My adopted brother was killed in a head on collision by Russell Hindes, MO State Rep in Cass County. Jack Willig was on his motorcycle, heading to work. Russell was in his car, late for court, regarding a ticket for reckless driving resulting in a non-fatal accident when he made a left turn and hit Jack head-on. Russell, being the state rep that he was, received 80 hours community service, for reckless driving resulting in a fatal accident. Jack was worth a lot more than that.

So you want revenge every time some one makes a minor driving error which results in a death? Have you ever missed a stop sign, failed to pick up an oncoming car, misjudged a corner and entered it too fast? No, if you want revenge, talk to God, since your luck, both good and bad, was His providence.

HE was an illegal alien without a drivers license. He should have not been driving to begin with, let alone while he was DRUNK!!!

No, the whole point was that Flores was not drunk, if that's the story you're referring to.

I'm with you, my son lost his life in a motorcycle accident it wasn't his fault and I'm still waiting to go to Court, and I'm on the 3rd State Attorney already, that's ridiculus!
I'm learning how the law works or should I say do not work! I feel that this lady that killed my son is more protect than myself!
She got a citation for violating his right-of-way and like I said I'm on the 3rd State Attorney!
And the State Attorney is to busy! because they handle all other citations, shouldn't be handle diferent?!
But please contact me I'm just starting.
I live in Florida

We have a legal system. Its set up by lawyers. Most law makers are lawyers. They set up laws and leave loop holes so they can make money off us. Justice on the other hand is where the family finds the SOB and runs a stop sign that kills the SOB. Then just go to court and ask for the same punishment the SOB got. An eye for an eye.
