grimm only received 2-4 years for drinking and driving and killing my daughter. the laws in this state for drunk driving are rediculus. you get 20 years just for having been found with drugs in your posession, or 10 to fifteen years for molesting a child, but get drunk and drive and kill someone you only get 2-4 years there's something wrong there.stacey was a beautiful person inside and out with her promising future ahead of her and it's all gone because he needed to drink and drive to clear his hesd. thank for your time Naomi Hollingsworth. thank you so much for writing.its been almost a year since this happened and the pain isnt much better.i went into her room the other day and say her xmas stocking still has her candy in it from last year. i sit in her room sometimes and just cry,i still cant beleive ill never see her or talk to her again.

I just moved to omaha from illinois, and reading about this story really breaks my heart. This guy got 2-4 years and he will only serve maybe 13 months and then be paroled. That is really sad because back in illinois I lost a friend of mine to the same situation he was 17 and my best friend in the whole world and now he is gone. And the lady that did it was drunk and high and because of some mishandled court proceedings she only recieved two years house arrest, undego counseling and three years probation. and here is the kicker, one of his aunts went to this girls house and got in and gave her a good beatin for a couple minutes and now my best friends aunt is serving a 1-3 for breaking and entering and assault and she had to pay restitution. That is such a messed up situation. I feel your pain and just wanted to say that it helps me just to know that they are in a better place

well lawrence grimm has to serve his second year behind bars. he will get out of prison may of 2008.two years of his for an etrnity without stacey, still doesnt seem right,but thats all he gets for killing someone.

Naomi, I pass the spot where Stacey died every day. I get really angry and sad sometimes when I drive by, and I didn't even know her. Mostly I think about my own children and how gut-wrenching it would be to lose one of them. Somedays I smile though, because I look at the beautiful things that have been left there by those who knew and loved her. The Spongebob stuff just makes me smile even more. The neat thing is that I'm sure she too is smiling down at the love and support she feels from you all. She is in a better place...even though her loved ones remain here to suffer. Just know that she happy, well, and smiling where she is...and the man who did this to her will have to answer to Him...that in itself will be worse than any prison sentence he could ever get. Take care of yourself.

Ok its been liek 2 years since everythings been down.
Stacey this summer is comign up and i miss you so much..I cant believe this all happend i mean if i could take it all back I so would. your gorgeous smile and all that ....i am older now but doesnt mean ill forget and naomi, i have been keepign my head up high knowing when i look in the mirror she's the one thing i wanna a be. that one angel even here or even gone she's always been the angel.I have a good memorie and nothign can change that. she's the best part of everything.I miss you stacey.I bet your still beautiful.=].

hi nikki i am doing alot better now.i still miss my stacey a bunch. larry grimm got out of prison the day before mothers day.i can only hope he never forgets what hes done, and never drinks and drive again. he owes stacey that much. take care for now , naomi
