Suburban commissioners oppose Cook County Board protest on concealed weapons
The Cook County Board went on record opposing a state bill that would allow permits for concealed weapons, but only over the objections of three suburban commissioners.

49 other states allow either concealed or open carry. Its about time Illinois allowed responsible citizens to be able to defend themselves. The criminals will always have guns. We are the only state left in the country that wont allow citizens to protect themselves.
