First of all if you look at the mother...she looks like she's addicted to Meth!! And her Aunt was probably under the influance of some kind of drug when she did this... which ever one it was they both should be beat untill they are unrecognizable then taken to the middle of a forest and lit on fire. That way they can get a taste of hell, becasue that is treight where they are both going. Mothers that are addicted to drugs or have been in the past should be in an inpatient rehab with the baby that way they will have people available that will help them care for the baby while they recover. She was probably a prostitute and dont know who that father of the child is, which is why she left the baby neglected. She should of just gave him up for adoption of to dhs...who knows, this baby could of been a "somebody" in the future. Police need to look into how this happened and arrest everyone involved. I have no idea how the hospitals and prenatal care clinics let this one slip by. Just by taking one look at this woman you can tell she's and addict. They should of known! I pray to god that this will be the last of these people and to protect the innocent, like this 10 year old baby. RIP little one. Sorry for the harsh words and i dont wish anybody anything bad or any kind of punishment but this lady crossed the line. And for all the smart a$$es who think this is funny... they should be put in prison and be raped and killed by the convicts inside...Forgive me father...

Hey "Satan Rules", burn in HELL! This child wasn't of the age of accountablity so she is with Jesus. That is better place than with her mother or some sick-o like you! Funny thing is Satan doesn't exist without the Holy Bible, so your mear existance and belief is based on the word of God. By your own choice Rot in HELL with the evil rebel angel! Jesus Rules! my dearest jesus rules: you are right since GOD is the one that had the baby's family abuse this child, or maybe GOD himself caused this with no help from anyone. Satan wouldn't want this child anyway because GOD already tortured it over and over again.

There is more to this story, The Aunt swears that the mother was asleep and she heard a noise from the washer and found the infant. Although there is no reasonable excuse for this death it very well could be a case of involuntary Manslaughter that was complicated by drugs. The Mother may not have been intentionally putting the infant in the washer but because she was spaced out on drugs didn't know she did it.
there is no excuse for what happend.. the mother shouldnt of been able to keep the baby to begin with... she need to be stoned to death.. bring back the bible times. i would love to throw a stone at her.. there are so many people who cant have kids that would have loved to have this precious baby..

Maybe YOU should read the bible again. Since you all claim to be so pure, and innocent, and with god. If the man were real, he is a spiteful child with an ant farm. The book also says do not judge others. You should also read the part about children who are not baptized are going to hell.

So what do you think Atheist? Did we come from monkeys? A big bang? Just being an atheist tells me how bright you are... You have it all wrong about a baby needing to be babtized, that's just another doctrine. The Bible speaks of the age of accountability and this baby was not of that age. Why are you reading the Bible anyway "Atheist". Ignorance is bliss...which is why I think you are so happy.

You are right observer! Violence is barbaric and evil just like the women that did this to that poor baby girl.

For those who think this was an "accident"; an addicted habitual drug user completely under the influence of drugs can and will do bizarre things, "have blackouts" and not remember what they did later, and maybe think they didn't do anything wrong, because obviously, they didn't have any recollection of it. Lyndsey may be in denial because she doesn't remember, but she KNEW she was an addict, and is therefore responsible for not getting help for getting off drugs, in my opinion.

Lyndsey's mother Jan died of an overdose just last spring. And Lyndsey's aunt Rhonda, Jan's sister, is a habitual drug addict who's been found laying out in the yard, passed out on drugs.

I was told by a friend of the family that when Lyndsey was 4 1/2 mo pregnant, she begged the friend not to tell the doctors she was using and abusing. In my opinion that's where the buck should stop. Lyndsey was pregnant then, and KNEW she was putting her baby in jeopardy! She does need to be held accountable for her babie's death in one way or another, whether she remembers what happened or not. Being "out of it" on drugs should not be a valid legal defense. Clearly, it's not a moral defense. A zoned out drug user is capable of anything because THEIR OUT OF THEIR MINDS BY CHOICE!
