The city of Bartlesville is in a race against time and rain to build up a Caney River bank before erosion causes untreated sewage from nearby detention ponds to flow into a river that winds through Bartlesville, Ramona and Collinsville.

It was a not in my neighborhood deal...the poorest side of town always get the shit end of any deals made by the inept fools who have run Bartlesville for at least 40 years...same group and their spawn..
