Life changed suddenly and permanently for David Tallman in 1992. At age 48, after 26 years at Phillips Petroleum in Bartlesville, he was laid off.
So; leaving Bartlesville opened up more opportunity for another person who already made it, and cut and run when the time came to produce and invest back into what made him..The City of Bartlesville and the opportunity it gave him of a 26 yr job..
