Missing Siblings, absentee Parent... Help please?

I'm looking for my half siblings.
I know I have a younger half sister for sure, she is four or five and possibly a brother, who would be in his late twenties early thirties.
I know they are in the Bartlesville area, and that my sister is with her Mother's mother and sister. She was not staying with our father or his mother last we knew.
Can anyone help? Our father's name is Michael D Stark, he goes by Mike. Has a brother that goes by Ron Stark. I would like to try to find my sister's grandmother and aunt to try to be in contact with my sister. Her mother's name was Kim, but I do not know her last name. Anything would be helpful. I'm just trying to make a connection with my sister. I do not wish for her to grow up thinking I do not care about her. I've been trying to find her, and will continue to do so.
I'm 17 years old. I live in Missouri, and if we do have a brother, his name is David ( mother's name is Connie, again, no last name? help if you can?), then I would be my father's middle child. The oldest of the only three that have the same mother.

Please, he may not care if his children grow up together and never know each other, but I would really love to be able to contact her if her guardians are willing to let me do so.
I'd like to find my brother too, but I have more information on my sister, so I'm hoping it will make it easier..

I also live in Missouri and have just recently found my brothers in Bartlesville...I started with FB and have found several family members...good luck

www.zabasearch.com might help you. Check out the different places where you can click to get info on that sight. Be sure and check on the lower one where it says something like "try this sight" etc. When you look at the left of the person's name on the second page you will note people's names who have been connected to this person. Do a search on every one of those names next. This is free as long as you don't try to get the "report" that they want to sell. It takes hours doing it this way but I have gotten a lot of good info that way. It lists other cities where they have lived at times. It often lists the birth year and month ( though not the day in most cases ).

I know where my father is, It is the issue of not knowing my sister's mother's last name or my brother's last name. I know my brother's first name, and his mother's first name, but no last names.
My baby sister is four almost five,(I think), and I know her full name but not her guardian's full names.

I know where my father is, well where the website says he is. I just don't know how to find my sister. I was hoping someone knew the Stark's (my father's mother's last name is now Cross), and or if Sequoia's family..
I don't know if they know she has sisters and a brother, and I want them to know, I want her to know. I don't want her growing up thinking I don't care about her, if she does know. I would like to be able to see her.
