Looks like there`s a rush between the P.I. Boy`s and the Real Last one Standing on a Book, Series, Movie Deal. Has any of the above so happen to have E-Mailed me lately, because I believe it gave my mystic detective, yes, you gave her Goose Bumps.Signing off to a better not wetter tomorrow, this is Homer J. that all I have to Say.

Well, Hallelujah. A book AND a grand jury investigation. Maybe some of it was because of the interest that has been generated from this Topix and the other websites and talk shows, but however it happened, maybe they will find out about other things that have happened in Osage County that were directly or loosely connected with the Mullendore case. This will be very interesting. Hold on to your hats, folks. You may find out some things you really didn't want to know. I, for one, hope so.

It appears the Osage County law enforcement officials have not forgotten. And, according to the Channel Six news piece, this Buffalo Dale Lewis fellow has worked on this for four years. The grand jury must have been really interested in his work.
I'll be watching for follow-up.

We will be talking about the news story from channel 6 on Saturdays show. After all the lies Chub has told, are we to believe him now because of a book deal? Here we go again, I'v tasted it, I'v smoked it, But I never inhaled. Come join us on the show.

Mullendore:
This piddly little chat room is not where the decisions will be, made now is it? I would believe the grand jury will carry more weight than any of us.

That Slipstream, remains to be seen. And for your info, I could care less about my light, I'v already turned down a book deal interview, But we all know we cant just take for grantet the words of Chub and a pocket full of tapes. Solid concrete facts mr. slipstream, facts.

Mullendore:
What I'm saying is, we are not the ones that have to be convinced of what the truth is and what it is not. It is the court system that decides what constitutes facts, not us. We're meaningless in this process.
It is the grand jury and E.C.'s family that matters.

I agree slipstream, but take note. Courts are powerless, without solid facts, man vs science, in this case, I believe the only true facts will come from science, not man. It is facts that constitutes facts. Not courts. Courts are not without flaw as well as man.

I just wondered who Chub kept in touch with after that night. Who stuck by him as friends. I found it odd that Kent Green took over some of the duties for Gene ,for a short time during the funeral etc. instead of Chub. That information was in the book. I also always had a problem believeing EC did not ask about that check. I thought that was huge. I even wondered if Gene did not ask Chub about the check that evening.

Funny how time slips away, seems like it was just yesterday, some of us started blogging like the newbees over on `Mullendore Murder Mystery May Soon Be Solved ' site. To late in this old bloggers life to go thru all the details again, it`s somewhat entertaining to read their thoughts.

It will be much more entertaining to hear the factual truth, right Homer J? For some reason I do not think the story will be very pretty. The entire incident is sad & needs to come to a close.

Cary is guilty of that double murder. If you have had as much contact with Mr. Herrin as I suspect you have, you are a victim of someone capable of mind control as well as murder. I won't argue (never have) that Osage County has more than it's fair share of corruption. Nor do I doubt that they helped their case along a bit, at least in filing charges against Herrin in the Martin/Dickey murder case. But facts are facts and Herrin has been convicted by a jury of his peers not once, but twice based on overwhelming circumstantial evidence. Have you looked Mr. Herrin in the eye and asked him if he killed Danny and Paula? I did, and he didn't deny it.

I agree with you Homer J, fun to re-read the old blogs but ohhh the details the newbies have missed out on. Some of us were fortunate to have copied some of them before they were deleted forever !
One question to you if you don't mind....
In a very early blog, you mentioned everyone that was in your uncle's caddy during the funeral procession...you, your 1/2 brother (which brings up a another very intersesting subject which was fun for me to research !) and G-pa,E.E. "knows" Beach, and "the real killer and what he told me".
Which brings me to my question...who was he and what did he tell you?
Thanks in advance !!

Thanks again Post Oak for saving the lost blogs, post.As I reread Blister Beetles Danger to Horses July 10, 2009 Bartlesville Forum- Topic. This was my first post on Topic, was writing about training a Blister Beetle sniffing dog. Happen to look down the other topics and saw the Mullendore Murber Case. Thought I`d add a few real true things that came to mind real quick to close out that post. The last two sentences Should had read First --In the family car was my accountant from Dallas and a close friend of the mother, and what he told me about the mother knowing the real killer.
Must had enter, and backspace in the wrong way,and that the way it was in July 2009, don`t think I`am any more experience in entering but I try. Bay, discovered me and the rest is History.
