Poor service. They will not back there product. I am the last person who would take advantage of a business. I had a battery for a week, took it back and the wouldn't exchange it. Lost a customer plus the people I know that shop there.

Lol. I took a battery back and they replaced it even without the waranty note. Sounds like you're giving people the wrong impression. Maybe they don't like to serve rude people.:)

I have seen them do this before twice when i was there. No matter what the condition of the batter is, they always say that it has been dropped and they won't replace it. They do not stand behind their product.

Just because they stand by the meaning of a "manufacturer defect" does not mean that the service is poor. The employees and the owners are all nice and helpful. They don't let customers walk on them or treat them poorly. Why does that mean that they deserve poor feedback? It does not mean that at all. They do what they can to help their customers. It clearly states on the receipts that it covers manufacturer defects only and that the receipt is required for the 30 day warranty. An employee following policy does not mean that you received "poor service". It means that those employees know how to do their jobs.

Wow! Yeesh guys! Just saw these post. I'm laughing.
they have always been fair with us. They have even extended my warranty when I was out of town and couldn't get back in time. Had a battery that was covered in scratches and wouldn't work. They replaced it. Give them a fair shake. I've seen them turn people away also. It seems like their trying to be honest. Also they told me when I bought my stuff what was on the receipt. So... Anyway I've been to other stores in Tulsa and they have similar rules. Keep on Vapin!!

I've been in there only a handful of times, but every time I've gone they've been helpful and informative. One time in particular I was trying juice out and they gave me a tank full of juice they were working on, just for being in there and giving feedback I guess. The place I absolutely will not return to is volcano vapors in Dewey. Been in once, the guy acted like I was interrupting his YouTube session, and had I not known what I was there looking for, I'm pretty sure I would've ended up with a bunch of stuff I wouldn't need.

Well, this is discouraging news! I have never seen this kind of smokeless cigarette! Looks like a one hit or bong to me! And I really liked the one I tried!

They are sticklers about doing exchanges without a receipt. I can understand that since they have to make a profit to survive. When and if they know without a doubt that you were just in, I think they should do the exchange.

My experience has been that they are honorable and go to great lengths to be sure that you are satisfied. I'm not sure about some of the newer employees. Some of them may not understand the philosphy of friendliness, and general customer service. That happens in any business. I'm sure they will weed out the ones who offend their customers.

Went to this store from the day it opened and in the begining didnt have a complaint. However as time went and aquired more knowledge about vaping I quickly realized, as nice as they are the are still running a business. simply put, they dont have your best interest at heart. I have seen them turn people away with returns and honor others. Sadly, this business rips off it customers by not only selling them inferior outdated products at Release date pricing but also by carring product replacement parts for only a few months insuring that there customers have to constantly buy new tanks. Furthermore their knowledge with regard to modern vaping techniques is limited and most of the time incorrect at best. And whats up with the official job uniform, almost every employee there is carrying a sidearm which makes me wonder who they think is gonna walk through the front door customers or crooks.

I'm wondering what store you were in? I have been a customer with them since November 2011 and I know a bit about vaping. They have always been very nice and actually seem to know more than other vapor stores I have been in in Tulsa, or at least they took the time to explan it. Very happy with this store.

Their return policy depends on how much money you spend in the store. I went in one day and needed some things because I was just too busy to buy things online. I had bought a tank there, and asked for the replacement wicks for that tank. Not thinking about it until it was in my hand, i noticed it was the wrong wick, so I politely asked if they could give me the right one. They said they didn't carry them. So I pretty mad. Even though it was less than a dollar, thats just bad business and to top if off you know I called the other place in Owasso asked for a refund. They said no, absolutely not. I blew up and was and they said well come down to the store we will take care of you, sorry for the inconvenience, I was going to Owasso the next day anyway so I stopped in, they said oh were were told to do nothing. I was livid..to say the least. Absolutely horrible customer service. I am hoping a new nice and friendly vape shop will come to town because all these people care about its making $ and believe me they are making a ton of it from people. Especially people who don't understand the prices online vs offline....they could easily cut the prices in half and make money. Not to say there is nothing wrong with making money, but ripping you off and taking advantage of people is. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

The same vapor e-liquid? You can't they have their own brand, but in my opinion their e-liquid is sub-par. I personally use Goodlifevapor, and Madvapes also Mountbakervapor is the cheapest us e-liquid vendor, and its very good. For hardware like batteries, coils, mods, rebuilding materials use vices electronic cigarettes. They are the lowest priced in the US so far I have found. Locally I would use Safari Vapors, they are fair priced.

I personally don't know of ANY company that will let you return something without a receipt and nearly everywhere I shop has some sort of limited warranty period with a receipt. Cracks me up that somehow a vapor store is supposed to do what NO one else does.. EG; returns without a receipt. Well I suggest going to a different store that cares nothing about staying in business. Its basic economics: if you give everything away every time someone has a complaint it will eat your lunch. I have shopped with them for over 2 years and have rarely had any problems. On occasion I've been turned down but then again im pretty rough on my ecigs. And of course I'm NEVER responsible for my own mistakes... If your foolish enough to decide to avoid a vape shop based on a bad review without getting first hand experience then well, your should never drive a car because they've been know to blow a tire or two...

Reply: Good Night!! This person seems like their trying to pull something. A problem in one store and then they go to another store... Handouts much? I live in Independence and don't make it down very often but I've always received great service. Some people, I think, just go around looking to start trouble or like to make something out of nothing; you know scream and yell and then its FREE... What's even funnier: they then get on some blog sight and think that they can somehow become an authority on the subject simply because they have the ability to type at a fourth grade level. Lets live and let live AND... get this, TAKE RESPONSIBLITY for your own actions. Denali... You guys rock!!! Ignore this uneducated wannabe PROFESSIONAL vapor. Keep on Vapin!!

I just started vaping, and went to Denali. They were out of a lot of different products, so I went ahead with the starter kit as the saleslady recommended. She wasn't too friendly, and acted as if I was wasting her time. The tank she gave me burned up within two hits. I cannot return the battery either, even with my receipt. Bad customer service, bad products. Also they blatantly bash Kanger Tech, which isn't sold in their stores? Wow. I went out and bought a tank by Kanger and it works wonders. Never shopping at Denali again.

I go in there and they never said anything bad about kanger, just that they don't carry their products. Sounds like you were a real charm.

They are liars and crooks. They have good liqquid and the lowest quality merchandise in town. My battery fell apart n a day i wanted exactly same thing came back with receipt and they wanted to give me a floral pattern tester battery. If walmart jcpenny or a shoe store did like denali does they would be shut down. It must be a drug front from the way the employees act and the gun policy. They cant be makin enough cash to stay open with such a lazily run business.

Trying to get a handout? Hell no. I have money. I just wanted them to replace the wick even if it was a dollar or so. Its was about principle of the matter. I bought the tank there, the should of had the correct replacement coils and did not, and I asked them for the one that went to my tank and they gave me the wrong one, and I only noticed it right after I paid. It was still in my hand unopened. I'm not the only one who had problems with Denali. They are stuck up snobs! I'm sure if you stop spending $ in there and only visit on occasion their attitude would change, unless your friends or related to them.
