Ok so DHS assited the mother in killing this 10 day old baby. In Enid the District Attorney, Judge and DHS wants to place two children back in their father's home after he was charged with Felony Child Abuse, for beating his 5 year old in the face and then admitted to it. The whole year while waiting for the District Attorney's Plea Deal he continued beating the children and forcing them to watch pornographic movies. When he was finally sentenced for beating his 5 year old (only getting a 5 year deferred sentence, the children never removed) their mother got them and now the judge and DHS is trying to get the children returned to him from the mother while they sit around trying to make up their mind if they are going to put on a show and charge him with the new abuse charges. They want the children with him so he can do more damage to them. NICE RIGHT? There is no one to help these two small children, and of course no attorney will reach out and help them. WHAT A GREAT LIFE, BEAT YOUR KIDS, KILL THEM and get maybe a slap! But don't you dare threaten to smack the District Attorney for their stupidity and cold hearts, you will go to prision for that. UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG I have to say we hunt the wrong animals!

What Doctor in Bartlesville delivered the child? Why is no one mentioning the hospital in Bartlesville and the staff who allowed this infant to leave the hospital? Does the Bartlesville hospital not test for drugs?

Why do I get the feeling that the "doctor" and the "hospital" have hired counsel (or their insurer has hired counsel)?

The government nor the system killed this baby. A person killed the baby. Justice cannot be served by placing the system on trial. Drugs are stupid and so is anyone who makes the choice to use them. You can't keep on blaming someone else for that person's behavior. Get over it and act responsibly.

I know a woman who was in Behavioral Sciences with Lyndsey at the time Lyndsey was 4 1/2 mo pregnant. Lyndsey told this woman she was doing drugs, but asked this woman not to tell anyone, especially her doctor or the hospital. However, they would have had to have known. They do test for drugs.

Lyndsey and her sister Rhonda are and have been big time drug abusers for years. Now Lyndseys doing hard time in County not getting laid,(ah, too bad), no more drugs, and getting her food spit on by other inmates, who apparently don't cotton to baby killers.

All you druggies out there....listen up. When you get stoned to the bone, you don't know what the hell you're doing, so Lyndsey's story could just as well be your's at some point in time. Get help, whatever you have to do, before you kill someone and/or yourself out on a road, or set fire to a house or apt.

That's Bartlesville...Manufacture crimes on the innocent and let the mentally fried out druggies run free. Even better yet hire them into the court house and police department like you've done for the last 2 decades.

This is such a sad story. I can't believe people would even think of doing something like this or half the stupid things some people do to their kids and ruin their lives with drugs and stuff. Poor sweet childrens. :(

That's just it Laney. When drug users get zoned out on drugs, they don't know what they're doing at the time. Nor do they remember what they did afterward. That's what makes drug use so evil and insideous.

The bottomline........someone, & more than one person, KNEW Lyndsey was using and allowed her to go on doing it without intervention.

There WERE those professionals who knew she was pregnant and using. There were those who prescribed at least part of the drugs. There were those professionals who'd had the opportunity to observe her, and even knew her track record. She had been visibly pregnant,(41/2 mo), and in the hospital, Behavioral Sciences, on at least one occasion that I know of, having been told by an acquaintance,(after the fact) a so-called friend of her's and the family. "Friends" who don't tell are not friends, in my opinion. What if that "friend" had said at the time, "Lyndsey I love you, but you need help, and I have to tell someone so that you'll get the help you and your baby need"?

That others knew, needs to be dealt with, and hard! Where's the professional accountability? I'm not blaming what Lyndsey did over onto others, she alone will have to pay for and live with what happened, whether she put the baby in the washer or someone else in the home did...she was responsible as the mother to keep her wits about her. All I'm saying is she needed help and didn't get it.
