Closing arguments for R.I. woman accused of killing nephew

The murder trial of a Woonsocket woman accused of killing her 3-year-old nephew is heading to a jury today.

I find it very hard to belive his aunt only " tapped " him on the face but would pour a container of milk on his head. He was just a baby, babies make messes. Im not buying the whole " my boyfriend did it " If anyone layed a hand on one of my nieces or nephews like that i would call the cops imediatly! They both deserve to rot in prison. They tortured that poor baby and they should pay. They beat and poured milk on him for making a mess and he was 3, They are grown adults who killed a baby and want to get away with it. ITS AWFUL!

It is truly gut wrenching that this innocent boy had to suffer such a horrific brutal attack before his death. Spilled yogurt? Gee, haven’t you heard of Resolve carpet cleaner you brutal murderers! It’s cases like these which implemented the death penalty and RI should invoke the death penalty after this trial. This is a case beyond a reasonable doubt for sure! I hope the jurors give Katherine “life” at the ACI without parole. Bunnell and Delestre, may you rot in hell. I hope your demons haunt your souls for the rest of your miserable pitiful lives. GOd Bless you Stacey.... You said it all. Kathy is a bully and sicko to actually say the child is a little clumbsy you know. What is your way of thinking what you did was okay? NOT now not then NEVER..........I am a Mom of an 11 year old boy, I have NEVER put a finger on him when he was learning and sometimes made mistakes because he made you mad you. Only THEY truly know exactly what they did to that poor boy...now they have to live with themselves. This was just one day, imagine what that child dealt with while living there all that time up til that awful day...I find that these two individuals are extremely cruel. They both deserve what's coming to them for what they did to that little boy.

I totally agree. I can't quite understand how the jury can still be deliberating at this time. Let's all hope for justice. Life without parole, and Bunnell should never get the privilege of being let outside in an orange suit to clean up our highways!
