Man shoots pellets in attack on boy, 6

A man tried to steal a bike from a child here, then shot the 6-year-old victim with a pellet gun when he resisted, police said Friday.

This person should get a simple assault charge against him just like the guy at the furniture store. If he don't then you know somebodies getting paid off.
