They want to expose their breasts some more. Go stick 'em in front of family-values lovin; George Bush, and let's see how Laura likes it. Let's all stick our breast out, nuring and non-nursing alike, and let's see how Laura likes it!

"What's the point? The issue has been dealt with and settled" I guess the issue has NOT been as settled as it may seem if women are still being harrased when they do breast feed .

I am a flight attendant and have witnessed many women breast feed on my aircraft. I have never seen any of them get "harrased" about it. I think breast feeding is a very natural and beautiful thing. But I also think it is very personal. On an aircraft....you aren't dealing with just passerbys who may get a glimpse of your, well, let's call it what it is, your tit. You have people all around you who have no place to go. Everyone is different. Some don't care, some get nervous, some get embarassed, some have no opinion, and some sick ones love it and want to stare. If I ever breast feed, it is because of all of these diverse opinions that I will have respect for others feelings around me and cover up. Especially in a confined space such as an aircraft where there is really nowhere else to look. I will also cover up because I am simply extremely shy. lol :-) I even blushed just from typing the word "tit". I don't think I could handle others staring at my personal body parts.

thats what bathrooms are for flygirl, bathrooms make better complete privacy and enough space for the individual. I happen to be a ultra right wing conservative who feels that public breastfeeding should be prohibited in all 50 states so America can be a better moral country like how it use to be

Women will always get harrased for breastfeeding out in public open veiw because its a big embarrasment for the mother and making the baby an example of embarrasment as well for eating so discusting and inappropriately. You wanna breastfeed your child, show some manners and feelings to other people's compforts, we dont wanna see it. Breastfeeding in public veiw does tend to make others feel uncompfortable or lets just say creeped out by it. This kind of rude , discusting inappropriate action makes business look really bad in a restaurant or a big name store establishment causing business to be slow. Its very rude to all restaurant/business franchise customers which is why breastfeeding mothers need to take it somewhere private like in a bathroom so it will be out of the way for the customers best interest.

Amazing how a supposedly god fearing nation has such a problem with feeding our young the way their god intended. And.. hiding the breasts is a n artifact of the religion.. Actaully, it's a continuation of men's use of religion to dominate women. Recently in the news as a story of orthodox jews who act like the taliban in their treatment of women...

Yeah and you know what coolmind...not to be rude, but the last thing we need to hear from you is your hatefilled, sexist manhating feminist talk toward men. Hiding a breast if your a women out in public veiw like shopping, or going to restaurants is showing some civilized manners and class for a women. Feminism is a sin to the Catholic church and its people like you who are doing exactly what the womens liberation did 36 years ago to destruct the power and respect for all women, derailing them from that pedastal. We are not stopping you coolmind from feeding your child ok...If you wanna feed your child, just show some respect for me and for others as you will be treated fairly. You wanna breastfeed your child in public?? well, hey fine , there are bathrooms and nursing lobbys that are just as public as anywhere else. But the only thing is, when your nursing your child in a lobby nyrsing room, your just not out in public veiw thats all. No audience, no spolight, no nothing. Feminism is a devils work in the Catholic bible and if you dont believe me coolmind, i can show you in the scripture

uhhhh the way it use to be was breast feeding...bottle feeding is a 20th century thing. In the old days if you couldn't or wouldn't breast feed you hired a "wet" nurse.

I'm glad you support my traditional values moondance, women need to stay at home like good mothers that they should by breastfeeding there infants and not leaving the house. Exposing the baby outside is bad for his or her health due to un fully developt immune systems

you misread my post entirely, I am about as opposite of you as anyone can get. Breast feeding is the most natural action in the world. Did you read my previous post? Evidently you did not. You need to loosen up a bit. Breastfeeding is a beautiful act and one which I wish I could have particpated in, however, I was unable to breastfeed my daughter. If I had been able to I would have seeked you out and sat right next to you, whipped that sucker out and plopped my baby right on the nipple. Watching you squirm would have been priceless entertainment.

Breastfeeding is the most natural thing in the world??, well i wouldnt say that. I'm mean urinating-defecating is about as natural as breastfeeding, but you wouldnt see me whipping out my p*nis in front of children so i can urinate in a jar. Face it Moondance, urinating-defacating is the same thing as breastfeeding, and just because breastfeeding is natural, that doesnt make it beautiful. Masturbation is natural, but i wouldnt call that beautiful either when some guy whips out his privates out in public (hypothedically speaking)

So basically moondance, breastfeeding to you is more of spectator sport than all about feeding your child correct?. Your all in this for the attention morely than feeding your child just so you can be some exhibtionist. Its amazing how primative the way you think Moondance, women like you are one of these people that just because you have children that it makes you important and being the center of the world. Remember this, children are not pets moondance. If you wanna flop out your breast to entertain the restaurant while breastfeeding, you better expect the worse of people scorning you, making complaints to the manager who dont agree and wish not to share your veiws

Get with it Sean...most people do not have a problem with breastfeeding...only uptight conservatives like yourself.
