Here we go! Two weeks into the new school year, and this unpopular arrangement is already casting doubts....

Sorry.....just discovered that this story posted TODAY 9/11, in the Townsend Times, is actually a reprint of the same story from 8/27 in the Lowell Sun. SO this occurred during the last week of summer. Still the same, this sweetheart arrangement that the NMRSD school committee served up to Herr Doktor stinks!

The Townsend Times will continue to lag in its coverage of a major local news story.
The NMRSD committee will vote to extend the deal for a another year at the urging of the Supt for "the children".

The School Committee has made their decision, the district only needs a part-time Super as they have more than enough administrative staff to do the work of the position.

Seems like alot more cutting could be done and i hope the towns look at this when they submit their next bloated budget

If the town only needs a part-time Super, then why have we been paying for a full-time super all these years? Just another example of wasteful school money. The schools suck up all of the money and other departments get the shaft!
