This story cracks me up. I wonder if the cops name is "Farva" I've spit in as*holes burgers in my past but not a lugey. and most definatly not a pigs burger. perfect example of a cop abusing his power though. I mean a felony... Rediculous.

On a doughnut?
I would be surprised if the dude lived long enough to go to trial.

Pigs are lucky when they only bite into nostril semen, since most scumbadges deserve much worse.

This story needs more information. Unless someone ratted on him at Mcdonalds what other evidence is there to arrest him. And why would the cop give back the sandwich to a assistant manager. He should've kept it for DNA testing, no spit you must aquit!

Wow oh Wow
Most of you think that its allright if someone spits in food especially if the recipient is a police officer.

Yet if the same thing happened to you,who would you be calling.

What a bunch of fu**-ups,you people are.

Tampering with someone's food is a serious charge. He's lucky he's getting off this easily.

Allegedly means a fact has been stated with-out being proven. So untill the fact is proven to be true the dude is innocent.

No, "the dude" is not guilty until proven guilty. Only he really knows if he's innocent.
