Marsha had her infant grandaughter in her arms with the three other children and turned from closing the door to see Noah had fallen to the cement at the bottom of the back porch steps. Some responsibility for gravity? If so, should it be the same punnishment as for murder? So what would be your next dumb question?

He was under her care. You seem to be missing the point. Marsha Mills did not attempt to cover up an accident. She told several investigative people at the scene just what happened. Dr. Scott, Dr. Sterbenz and Dr. Steiner made a mistake and covered it up to save themselves from several malpractice suits by blaming her for everything. What about the rights of those innocent organ recipients and their health since you don’t give a damn about the innocent babysitters’ rights?

Noah’s family was tricked into helping the doctors blame their long time friend and mother like figure to Noah’s mom, for their mistake. They now raise money and donate it to the very people they should be suing. They never knew about the botched blood transfsion.

Here is the problem with all of this. Not a single one of you on this site was there to see what happened. Not one of you were in the hospital with those doctors. I assume that none of you have medical degree's either. You are going off what you are told and what you read and hearsay. You don't know for a fact that what Ms. Mills says is true because you did not see it with your own eyes. Argue that fact with me. If any person on this site can tell me they know what happened that day because they were there then I will maybe I will change my mind. Do you really think she would admit to being responsible for this childs death? Of course not.I hate to tell you people this but no one is that way. EVERYONE has private thoughts and feelings that they don't tell their friends. Everyone has made mistakes and done things they don't want other people to know about. This is the thing that kills me about this area, eveyone thinks they know more than the people whose job it is handle these things. You people seem to forget about the most important part of this case. A little boy is dead. He doesn't get to grow up and his family will never know who he would have been. I don't care about anything else other than this poor little boy and his family. Put yourselves in their shoes and how would you feel if it was your child that was dead? You all would be beside yourselves with pain and want justice for your child.

Well funny because the parents weren't their either so how can they say what happened? How do they know what justice is? How do they know who's at FAULT????? I know that if I were them and I found out that the bruising, etc, was caused by the blood transfusion, I would be furious with the Dr.'s, etc, because it is their faults that this is still ongoing. As for saying it is Marsha's fault and that she should have been watching him closer, and IMHO, you must not have children, or you would know that accidents happen. Marsha should be responsible for him falling if that is what happened, but not totally for his death. So you think that if my son falls while on a trampoline and breaks his arm that I should go to jail for it? Afterall I am responsible! The hospital messed up and this should have been thoroughly investigated before Marsha was ever charged. If you have such a problem with the T-County area then do us all a favor and move away!!!

First off, get over your self. In my any of my posts did I say she should go to jail? No. Did I say I wanted her to rot or anything remotely close. No. Did I say it was her fault? No. I said she was responsible for him. I have step-children so I know that accident's happen. Maybe before you all get your panties in a bunch you should actually read what people wrote instead of assuming what they mean.

I have chose to keep quiet about this post since it’s inception, until now. Since the appeals process is almost complete I feel comfortable now with speaking out against this lie fest that has been started. Beat me and my wife up all you want, we have moved on, and I suggest that you also do the same. Marsha is in prison for what will probably be the rest of her natural life because she killed a innocent child. I have just finished reading the official Autopsy Report from the Medical Examiner’s office again, my copy is the certified copy. There is no mention of a wrong blood transfusion. This is a lie that you all have fabricated to try and shift the blame from Marsha to everyone else. There is no other investigation about the Dr’s involved, I have read the letter that was sent by T.V. asking for an investigation. That is not going to happen. I have not, nor do I expect to be contacted by Newsweek about this. If there was a story they would talk to everybody involved. Nobody has been talked to. I do not claim that Noah fell down the steps, or that steps were involved in this at all. That was a story concocted by Marsha, it sounds better that I beat this child to a pulp. The first Detective on the scene took it at face value initially what he was told by Marsha. And he did say it look like a tragic accident. That all changed within hours after the investigation began. He only had that thought briefly, then realized it wasn’t an accident but intentional act by Marsha. I attended the autopsy, and viewed the damage that was caused by Marsha. There is no question in my mind, the mind of the 12 jurors, the Common Pleas Court Judge, the 5th District Court of Appeals, and the Ohio Supreme Court. If you want to continue this argument so be it. I am no longer going to sit on the sidelines and read about the lies that you continue to spread. I have guts to tell you who I am, and I am not going to hide like you behind all your cute little screen names that you employee to hide your true identity. MPG

Don't worry Detective, these people all think they know beyond a shadow of a doubt this woman is innocent just because she told them she was. There is NO way she could lie about such a thing. No way she continues to lie to try to get out of the trouble she got herself in. Here is my question. Was she ever given a polygraph test and if she wasn't, why not?

SaM, she was offered but refused. I never got to talk to her without her lawyer present. She hired a lawyer right away.

That's what I thought. If you have nothing to hide take the polygraph. Thank you for the FACTS. It's about time it was brought to everyone's attention. Now let the hail storm begin. You will be called everything in the book but at least you know the truth and you told the truth.

nppd04 Thank you for sharing the facts of the case. Your honesty and directness is a refreshing change from the hype spread by the cult like followers of the defendent. Please continue to confront the false allegations stated as fact by many. I am tired of seeing the police, medical professionals and the prosecutor vilified for doing their jobs well !!

nppd04 call me what you will but I did not make up anything. Thank you for at least looking for it but according to the autopsy report provided by the court to the lawyers we hired the blood samples after death should show two different blood types. Remember, Sterbenz hid that fact to save himself from future malpractice lawsuits. Please forgive me if I oversimplified, but what is Noah’s blood type before and after? He didn’t spell it out, it needs to be looked at by someone qualified and compared. I don’t profess to be an expert on medicine or law. Perhaps the two autopsy reports are different. You are the first official to even look and I thank you for that. It shows that you are interested in the real truth and you will eventually find it. I wish a brighter future for you and your wife. If it were someone close to you in Marsha’s shoes I bet you would have given the extra effort you have finally shown here. Thanks

You are correct there is no investigation at the local level that I know of because Ryan Styer turned the case over to the Atty. Gen. and he cannot get involved in it. I did not say he was being investigated by locals.

You might ask Dr. Sterbenz if he remembers us looking right at him as he danced and grinned on his way to his car immediately following his testimony at the courthouse, until he saw us, then sobered up. Back then I couldn’t imagine that reaction comming from a coroner reporting on such a tragedy.

I am not surprised to read that the lead detective is getting a little nervous over the Mills case; I would too if I got away with a conviction for a crime that never happened.
His relationship with Mr. Sterbenz is a matter of concern since they were the only two persons at the autopsy ~ contradicting medical and legal ethical standards.
Frankly, with such a fictitious case, I don’t think anyone could have ever gotten a qualified County Prosecutor to prosecute Marsha, unless they had connections (with someone who had a vested interest in their success).
Shame on them both, I wish they would solve some real crimes for a change instead of attacking the good and the innocent.

I don't think you are lying, I think you have been lied to by Marsha. I think you have all been pretty well conned. If she is so innocent, why no lie detector test. That seals it for me. If you have nothing to hide, take the test. I'm sure there will be some mumbo jumbo B.S. on why she didn't take the test but it's B.S. I'm also sure Bla, will once again ignore logical explanations and go with her delusions.
