If you are in the market for a home, be careful about purchasing in some of the Damascus Area neighborhoods as some of the HOAs are going through some turmoil that will add substantial costs and or litigation charges to their assessments. I have heard that Preakness Dr HOA has had some illegal activities by its Board and will suffer some expensive lawsuits and budget increases due to poor management.
MTM Management was previous property management firm handling the HOA affairs.

God do we need a break from MTM.

How do you get your Board to realize that a firm like MTM is not only ruining the neighborhood, but isnt economically feasible when you consider complaints and lawsuits?????
