This year, I am supporting Seth Klukoff, Elliott Roth and Eric Goodwin for the Board of Education. I had the pleasure of hosting a candidates coffee at my home last weekend for this incredible group of three candidates. I would encourage you all to check out this website and the video platforms for these three outstanding gentlemen.

I believe you will agree that these three candidates, Klukoff-Roth-Goodwin, are the best choice for the school board. Please join me by supporting them with your vote on Tuesday, April 15 between 2-9.

If you think voting no for the school budget is bebeficial, think again, this guarantees program and staff cuts which doesn't help the children. As for those candidates only one platform doesn't maske a good candidate

I wonder willow how are you feeling about your choices?

What have they done to encourage fiscal responsibility?

I guarantee they wont be cutting IB to balance the 10 million dollar deficit.

Will they stand strong and demand shared benefits?

Will they finally get rid of the ISS and Math Coach positions?

I noticed that the 2009 ballot that came in the mail had the budget amount as 144 million, which was the amount for 2008. I guess no one noticed the error. Maybe Cherry Hill residents thought that the school budget was the same as last year…instead a 27 million increase, or 19 percent. Wish I could get those kind of raises…actually my pay was down last year from the previous one, and I have worked two jobs for the last 15 years. The teachers have no concept of what a salary decrease is. And the 8 dollar increase, that is per 1000 of valuation, so property valued at 100,000 will get a 800 dollar tax increase…so for the average Cherry Hill homeowner, that will come to over a 10 percent increase next year…
