This story is so heartbreaking. My heart goes out to this family right now. I can't imagine how they must feel. I pray they find comfort and healing soon.

Jerry, I hurt deeply for you and your family, I truly do. If it's any comfort, when I read this story, I got the same understanding of the jist of things just as you want them portrayed. I have four children and can't imagine the pain your feeling. I pray comfort and healing on you and your family. I'm so very sorry for your loss.

This is absolutely heartbreaking. It was hard going to bed last night after seeing this story and I was hoping to wake to good news. So sad for this family. I don't even know how to begin how badly I feel for all involved. This is truley a tragedy.

Jerry I know you are angry and hurt. I too have lost a child and blamed God. But I can tell you that blaming him is not going to bring back your sweet baby. I know you are hurting as I was too but right now is when I believe that you will need Him more. Pray for peace. My heart goes out to you and your family and I do pray that you and your family can some how find peace. Don't turn your back on those that love you and its ok to be angry just please don't let it run your life. Trust me. I was angry for a very long time and I stayed miserable.

Jerry, I am sorry for your loss. But, why are you on your computer bashing the news story? I would think you should be comforting your wife. A precious angel is in heaven and she will wait for her parents to come.

what is there more to say besides God bless this family and that the precious child has gone to be with God, does not matter the details of what led to her going to be with him, getting ice cream, or camping, none of that really matters now, God bless the mother and daddy and all the other family she had on this earth and rest assured you will be with her again some day

As a mother of 4 children it only takes a few seconds for a small child to get away from you.I have had to chase my little one across the ball field before and they are fast and they wait until you turn your back for a second and they are gone.
I dont understand why people get on here and bash the crap out of people without knowing ALL the facts. All the talk about god on here but the people who talk about god are usually the meanest bashers.I was always taught do not judge unless you want to be judged twice as bad as you enter heaven.I know not exact quote and I will get bashed for that I have been on here for years and know somebody, somewhere will jump all over my incorrectness.
My heart and prayers go out to the family.

I would like to say God is real....He is now holding one more angel in his arms. My heart goes out to the family. I have a son who is severely autistic and I know first hand how quick that he can get away. It only takes two seconds and he is into something new. With my son you have to have his hand all the time or he runs and he also loves water so we can't take him anywhere close to it. This story really had an impact on me. I cried all night long for this family. You just never know what a day holds. I am praying for peace and comfort for them.
