Police: Man assaulted girl 100 times over 7 years

Police say a Winsted man has admitted to having sexual contact with a girl about 100 times over a seven-year period beginning when she was 6. Thirty-seven-year-old Shane Korte has been detained in lieu of $500,000 bail since Torrington police arrested him on July 28.
