Innocent until proven guilty.

Probably arrested on some trumped-up charges...

I was at the police station and overheard Officer Roark and another officer discussing this particular murder. They said Mrs. Phillips had been sexually assaulted and murdered. How sick is that? This man deserves the death penalty!

Did you really hear that, be honest.. i'd just really like to know? Ok, one thing is proven, robery. Capable of robery at the least. You cannot deny that. I'd like to say more.

I'm sorry to say I did hear that as I was filing a complaint in the Ennis Police Station. I was shocked that the two officers would even be discussing that in front of me. I asked them please not to say any more. It's disgusting. That man deserves the death penalty if anyone does.

This man is my uncle and it's hard to believe that he really murdered someone. He is known to steal but not murder anyone. If he's covering up 4 someone he should think about what he'll put the family through.(something I would say "think about saving yourself instead of leaving your luv ones to hurt."

Miguel Arciba did finally lead law enforcement officers to my mother's body, but only after she was missing for 62 days and was arrested.

I have always thought she was raped. If not why was her bloody tee-shirt taken off her and thrown into the next room? Why was her blood found on Miguel Arciba knife?

Needless to say my mother to had suffered from her broken bones before her head was caved in by a cruel blow.

My mother suffered a horriable death.

Miguel Arciba was not forthcoming as to where my mother was. He had been questioned in this murder investication as a lead suspect before and denied knowing anything.

Miguel Arciba is not an animal. He is a man.

Men commit murder.

Miguel Arciba was convicted and judged by a jury of his peers as the murderer of my mother.

He and only he was proven guilty.

The murder of my mother was done with out ryhme or reason.

Was it for a shotgun?

Was it because my mother refused to sell him my dad's old pop-up trailer?

Was it because my mother told him to leave?

Was it her rape that lead to her murder?

Only Miguel Arciba knows that answer.

Vengence belongs to God.

God has answered my prayer that I prayed that night when we met with law enforcement officials at 1:30 in the morning.

I prayed, "God please help us to find mother and if anything terriable has happened to her please see that justice is done."

I felt God's presence as I prayed that prayer. Not that I am better than any man except I serve Him and love Him partly because my parents took me to church.

Needless to say I still love and miss my mother as do the relatives of Miguel Arciba miss him.

The difference is my mother is dead and Miguel Arciba is serving a life sentance with no hope of parole.

I do feel so sorry for Miguel Arciba's sweet innocent family members.

They did nothing to deserve the heartache and pain they continue to go thru.

I am at peace knowing all things work together for good to them that love God and are called according to His purpose.
