This person needs to be shot and burned. They have no reason to exist on this planet and for their actions should rightfully die.

What could a poor animal have done to deserve that?

Gee, I wonder if she was trying to do the local police department a favor by creating a new "Drug Dog"?

If there was a mandatory 10-year jail term for any person that drags an animal with a vehicle, I'm sure there would be far less offenders, another crime that really, really bugs me is when people leave their baby(s) in a car when its 95 degrees or hotter causing death to the kid(s), then claiming to the police they forgot the baby was in the car. These type of offenses should be considered outrageous and inexcusable and carry a mandatory 10-year jail term. Lawmakers have full control of cracking down on these senseless crimes.

Daily Horoscope for December 1

Cancer

The nurturing Moon in your eleventh house of friends and associates, possibly brings a mentor into your life. There is always much wisdom that can be gained by observing the lives of others; you can avoid certain mistakes by watching them made by others. In this case, you may be faced with financial or sexual issues as Neptune and Chiron shake things up in your eighth house of sex, money, and power... if the stakes are high, you need to think twice. The Moon enters Gemini as the day goes on, causing you to look within.
