having seen how many groomers "handle" the dogs as well as those that use the deadly cage fans, I would never take my dog to a groomer.
Working with my breeder, I learned to do my own grooming. It is more correct than any groomer would do and I know my dogs are safe.

I was just wondering if anybody could recommend any groomers that they trust. I haven't had to deal with groomers in a long time. I dont want to take my yorkie to just anybody.

I have used DJ Reed for quite a while now. She has groomed my yorkie and toy poodle and now she grooms several of my family members dogs. I would honestly try to call her... she had been running ads in the standard. I really like her have had no trouble with her

amen to the furminator. It is incredible.
I would not bother with taking a yorkie to a groomer... do it at home. Save you money and maybe your dog's life.

i have used DJ Reed (out by the jail) for several months. She grooms my yorkie and poodle. She is very good. She had been running ads in the standard. I have not had any trouble with her. You should give her a call

Love DJ Reed as well. I have taken my dog to every other groomer in Bardstown and when I pick her up she is always terrified! When I started to use DJ Reed my dog doesn't want to leave. She loves her!

It is a heated fan that is put on the side of a cage to dry the dog after bathing, rather than taking the time to dry the dog.
They have be responsible for a number of deaths due to heat and dehydration.
