I heard President Obama say the price of gas is increasing because the economy is doing so much better. He said that it will only continue to increase in price as our economy continues to recover so quickly with all the new jobs he has created it means so many more people are having to drive to work now.

Hope and change round 2, but no pipeline from Canada, thats the agenda. Higher gas prices = economy crash the second coming! Can't just blame the president on the pipeline though, its all the politicians sitting in Washington playing grab ass with each other while acting like they are against one another when in reality they're all in it together, but to argue on the issues keeps all those special interests dollars falling into their pockets.

How many people are going to have to quit that job like back in 2007 gas prices got to $4.50 plus If I didn't live 2 miles from where I work I would've had to quit

OPEC, or whatever they call themselves now, can charge just about anything they want to for oil.
We're not the only country in the world who needs petroleum. Within a few years, there will be more cars on the road in China than the U.S.
I wouldn't expect any help from government. High gas prices just gives them more reasons to push for mandates that cars get 50 or better MPG.

Ever hear of the Keystone Pipeline? Obama been thinkin about it for more than 3 yrs. Canada says she it or get off pot. If we don't take the oil the Chinese will, then what happens to the oil price.

Yea that will really show em. Have a whole bunch of people stop buying gas so that way the oil companies will start to loose money. Except for when they raise prices to compensate for the people not buying any. Your brilliant!!! Idiotic thinking like this just makes things worse
