They are rude and overpriced in that store. I would not recommend going there. Check online first, at least then if you are unhappy, you can get your money back. They only offer in store credit. Crooks. You would think local store would have more consideration for its long time customers.

Your problem, not theirs.

Is your bathroom open to the public?

If so...they will shyt all over everything, throw tampons on the floor, throw dirty paper on the floor, clog the toilets, puke in the sink, put boogers on the wall, and leave you to clean up.

Every restroom in bardstown is proof of this.

Dippers huh? lol we know what you meant tho! Y'all c'mon! This is ridiculous that you would sit and harp on someone who has a bladder issue , when the subject is about the quality of service and consideration to the customers when it comes to owning an establishment!
Personally, I am sorry any of you have had issues with this store, I personally know Craig and he has always been very helpful, will order what ever you need and I honestly don't think I have ever came acrossed anyone in his store that was rude? Maybe it was just a misunderstanding! I have been to his store when he started over by Dairy Queen and again never had a problem! He ordered things if I needed them and was very helpful!

Totally agree, but Craig has a busniess for how many years now? He's doing fine and will continue to do well. He isn't in this small rinky dink town making a living because someone couldn't pee in his bathroom! lol just saying ... of course you know what i mean... peace out

Yeah, they don't take back dirty & worn shoes unless it's under warranty. Neither will Zappos. Obviously, u know nothing about retail and there are cheaper versions of certain shoes such as New Balance, Nike, Converse, etc. That's like me saying, "I'm going to Russia to buy my rockets because they are cheaper." If you are going to be bringing back dirty shoes all the time, then I'm sure they don't want ur business. I think the days of wearing shoes a couple days & taking them back are over! So go cry somewhere else. I'm sure the little fat f'"cker is doing better than u, anyway.

Uh, you can take shoes back to Shoe Carnival if they don't fit.
Places like Craigs can do an ok job if you know what you are getting. But their prices are not that great either.

At Christmas or Birthday time I would NEVER BUY A PAIR OF SHOES FROM CRAIGS, because you and the recipiant are stuck with "Craig" no matter what.
You lose business that way.

Obviously you cant read, my shoes were still in the box dummy, never worn, they were a gift!! And by the way, I also own a store in Bardstown and I will bet money that I knock down more in 6 months than that little fat f"cker makes in a year, because I treat my customers good, i give refunds, and I do have a public restroom!

Well whoop-de-doo for you.
You should treat your customers "well" and as for the bathroom,
only restaurants are required to have public restrooms. Calling someone a fat f"cker is no way to get your point accross. Take your
six months woth of $$ and choke on it. THAT kind of attitude is why no one wants to shop local anymore, you snobby gas-bag!

You must have missed the rest of my post.
Sometimes people buy shoes as gifts, with the expectation that the recipiant will able to return them if they were the wrong style, size, color or you fill in the blank.
That's all.

How stupid are you? Craig is part of the reason nobody shops local, too high, no refunds, no restroom, you apperently know nothing about running a business yourself! Public restroom is not required but a convenience for people who might have bladder problems or kids who cant hold it! My business is awesome, hell even Craig comes in!!
