Who said I failed in college. Ok u were there when wes was let me ask u this. What did we do. WIN. At everything. That's bc the teaching we had coming in had taught us and when we started high school we were lucky enough to have influences outside of the class that were positive. BecauseJ teachers like urself are all over that school and u know it. I think u got a sour taste in ur mouth that a student u had is now going to b ur boss. Hell he beat u out of ur dreamjob. I'm gonna talk to wes this weekend and I'm sure he's going to love this. Apparently wes saw major flaws in ur cirriculum and decided u needed some help. So why don't u grow up and realize u r the problem
it wasn't my dream job and he didn't best me out of anything. I didn't want it. I love my job and time off as a teacher. I'm sorry but what "everything" did you supposedly "Win" while in high school?

Brilliant...no one ever needs suggestions. You should stand up for yourself and when he recommends something throw it back in his face. Kids need to be taught to be close minded and never take suggestions or recommendations
This is Hillarious. You dumbasses think Wes Bradley is some kind of savior. Have you seen his leadership skills this year. This guy couldn't lead a pimp to a
whorehouse. He is very immature and a cry baby when things don't go his way. He is taking half the teachers from Nelson County that already have low test scores, yet he thinks he is a magical genius who will wave his magic wand and scores go up with the sane teachers. Most teachers don't respect him and think he is arrogant and a know it all. Boy, this idiot has some of you fooled.

I'm pretty sure he has to take teachers from Nelson County because it is a split. It's not about having people fooled, it's about giving someone a chance to succeed. Teachers like the one talking on here has a chance to start over with a brand new 30 mil dollar school and they are upset over the principal recommending reading material and cries about students being judgmental. We can't blame people who try and set it up for success but we're too stubborn to actually succeed.

I've been in the teaching business a long time. I have a rank 1 and am just as educated as Wes Bradley. I would be happy to recommend books to Wes Bradley on how to effectively run a school and be a better principal. If he has suggestions for me, I gladly have suggestions for him. If that's the way he wants it then he doesn't need to take it personal when I have books for him.

Unlike you, I'm sure he'll be open to ideas and suggestions. He definitely won't go complain and cry on topix....

Don't u think a teacher should be teaching instead of being on topix while at school.. Listen to what your saying. He's your boss u will do as he says or ur rank will mean crap. Ur going to be looking for a new job soon anyway if u don't get that sour taste out of ur mouth and all that bitterness toward wes will catch up to u. Promise. New word for the day " positive thinking" .

Yeah right. Well we will see about that. Like to see him try and fire me over reading books. I'll have the teacher union down here quick on that one.

It's really sad to think you are actually involved in the education system at all. Total embarrassment to the entire system. Poor kids

Lol. Like I said earlier. I didn't want the job. I'm qualified for i, i just enjoy my time off. Wes is the one who took a pay cut to come back here to Nelson County. Tells me something wasn't right where he was. I make just as much if not more than him and get my summers and breaks off. I'm totally happy with my job. I'm just saying I'm not going to be told what books to read to improve my profession by Wes. If he insists then i'll recommend books for him to read. That's all I'm saying. I'll take my money with less stress and time off. Lol.

Fallin back on the union. So this explains why ur the poor teacher u are. I'm actually a union steward and would hate to see this scenario play out. Supervisor comes to a worker on the floor and says I need u to read some material that would help us grow and be a little more educated on the product were about to run. The worker says no and files a greivance. Well my hands are tied its ur responsibility to educate urself throughout ur career and sometimes it may be ur boss that has some special books that he feels could help u. Like I said u have a vendetta against Wes bc he took ur job. The worse person to lie to is yourself. Quit being in denial and get on with ur job and be a little more open minded. All in all wes is going to be fine and ur going to be the same suck ass teacher you've always been. And another thing I think anyone would take a pay cut to come home to an opportunity like this. Get over it.HES MORE QUALIFIED IN 5 YRS THAN U IN 25 YRS

Look, this is the last I'm going to say on this issue. I'm not reading any book or books suggested by Wes Bradley. I am educated, I went to school and know how to educate myself. I don't need a 5 year graduate telling me what I need to read. If he has books for me, then I'll gladly get some books to help Wes educate himself on how to principal and lead. I don't have anything against Wes personally, all I know is how he acts at school and I think he will struggle as principal because he isn't thick skinned. He takes things personal and he won't last especially in his home town. Like I said, I make more money than Wes does with my years of teaching and education. I didnt apply for the job but am qualified for the job. I'm happy having my time off and being in the classroom. Sorry if I ruffled some feathers but I don't need to be told what books to read to improve my teaching ability. I will not read any books suggested by Wes Bradley. I am capable of choosing my own material.

Hopefully you choose to retire and quit wasting everyone's time and money. You're not only a disgrace to the county but you make me ashamed to even think that you, along with many others like yourself, held me back from quality education and had me totally unprepared for college. And don't give your speech on how I didn't do what I was suppose to do. That's your job, you absolute horrid individual

Hopefully ur about to retire or maybe something will happen to u so u can't teach ever again. Your a disgrace to any tacher who does care

I have to say that I'm not impressed with Wes Bradley at all. I think he figures since he is from here that everyone is going to support all his decisions. He is in for a rude of weakening when he actually starts. He does take things personal and I don't think he will last long as principal here. I feel they should have hired someone with more maturity and experience to start up a new school.

I'm not impressed with your "rude of weakening" personally.
