Well, Mitsuba screwed us with the insurance again. Taking more money out of our pockets and giving us less coverage. At least last year we had a choice of plans and thsi year they made the choice for us. The company is worse than ever.

If you're complaining that much about a job then quit and go elsewhere. No one wants to hear it. Be thankful you have a f##king job and have some insurance because a lot of people don't.

If the insurance was the only problem then noone would be complaining. It's just one of many things Mitsuba has done to screw over their employees. And most everyone is trying to find another job. You would have to work there to understand the whole situation. It's been years of abuse but with the economy being bad, it's hard to leave. People are stuck there and the company is taking advantage of it. This site is a way to vent. If you don't like it, don't read it asshole!

All across the country companies are having to increase employee insurance and copays while reducing coverage.
Don't blame the company you work for or the insurance company, the real problem lies in the 2100 pages of the Health Reform Act.
Worse yet, as provisions of the Act continue to become active it will get worse.
Write a thank you letter to your Congressman.

Amen! There are some good people still left there and they continue to get shit on - its a shame for sure. They want to leave but can't yet. Hopefully they can get out soon. It was a shame what they did to the long time people they let go this year and didn't even give them severance. Those people were there from the beginning too. Heard everything is for sale anyway.

I have to laugh at this simply because noone other than Sandy Stone ever busted their butt for the company. First hand you all are over paid for such an easy factory job. As most factories, alot of drama in the place... be thankful you have a job and stop complaining about what you dont have because soon you may have nothing. Before you reply let me add, i do know first hand because i worked there many years ago. Leave the temps alone atleast they are doing what they are paid for, lol
seriously many off you women are too old and grumpy better hang in their cause these other factories is major competition and very hard work and they dont get paid what they should... I understand many of you are worried but, just try not to complain so many people cant even find work have very young children and are worried about christmas, give thanks for what you do have before the real worry starts..

I feel for you all, i really do, because i work for TMI and they've screwed us over also. The insurance didnt go up this yr but its sucky insurance. They took away our bonuses two yrs ago, our co. party, our co. picnic, thanksgiving gift card, cut hrs. And no raises for the last two yrs. Yes, i do still have a job, but everyday i gotta force myself to go to work b/c its almost unbearable. after 14 yrs of service the best they can say is, be thankful you have a job!!! What a crock!

Each of you had a chance to get out when you could noones fault but your own, why dont the rest of you get out too. The jobs are very easy and you wont be missed, let the temps do it! They can save mitsuba more money and theres alot of families out here that would love to come do the job for half your pay!

Over the years I've had to deal and work with the Japs and rather than go into long Post--the Japs don't give a rats butt about their employees, especially here in the US. In Japan they talk a good talk but they are low cost, bottom line driven.

The people that have been working there over 15+ years like I remembered, I don't know if they are still there .I was told the good ones already left. I was a temp for awhile and got to know quite a few of the scum. There was Vickie, Josey and Mike. Where I was working at, they wasn't worth a nickel. Old timer your right, these people were farting dust!!!

I take it you did not have to deal with homewrecking ho's.... were you there when two of them tore 2 families apart? Did you see either of the women that were affected? Two of the nicest women you will ever meet were victoms of the blood sucking ho's.. so NO we will not leave them alone.... and beleive me one is still there and will probably stike again!

It takes two. If a man cheated with a temp he was going to anyhow. The coworker just had a handy open hole, or two or three. He's at least half if not more responsible.
