That's who I would want also. Someone who knows when they are unhappy to get out. I'm glad my children can look up to someone like her.

What does her divorce have to do with the way she teaches? 1 in 2 couples divorce. You must live in some fantasy world where everything in peachy. Get over it. It has nothing to do with the way she does her job. You are just another judgmental Bardstown snob who looks down on people for being unhappy. get over yourself you idiot.

Well its none of my business, but isn't this the teacher who cheated on her husband and got caught by him. I'm pretty sure it's not her getting the divorce, it is him. For some one who teaches religion in a catholic school, trying to be a good role model for the childern doesn't really work well now does it.

Now that's the pot calling the kettle black or do you live in a glass house that you can throw stones? Get over yourself. Things happen. You do not live in her home so you do not know what she or her husband have gone through. Quit judging, only God is qualified to do that. People like you really gripe my ass!!!

I'm thinkin it truely is....none of your business....and as for a role model...I would much rather have my child look up to someone who says...ya know..life is messy and we all can make bad choices vs you're ideology that just because you are Catholic or you teach in a catholic school you should stay married to your pinhead husband...Ummmm I believe that is called a doormat.

If the kids didn't know about it before ,they can read about it now on topix. And they can learn hipocracy at home.

What's the Catholic churches veiws on child molesting? I notice the priests are still up on the pulpit preaching on the fires of hell. The Catholic church is the biggest hipocrit of all.

Never said I agree with their veiws, although I am catholic, but do not currently practice catholic beleifs, I was raised catholic, but are just finding out, i may have been duped; merely stating that catholicism does not beleive in divorce which evidently most replied posters are missing the point of, which I am sure is the point of the original poster, maybe if I were able to write this in crayon, you would be able to understand this time.

I didn't notice that the original poster said anything about the views of the catholic church. She snarkingly implied she didn't want a divorced person teaching her child religion. Save your crayons for coloring in your book.

Given the fact the majority of Catholics don't believe in or practice Catholic beliefs its no wonder kids today are messed up. You would have to go back probably 60-70 years to truly find "cradle Catholics" that still exist in Nelson County and believe marriage is for life. People today can't cope with tough situations like older generations. It's sad. I believe our next generation will have no understanding of church, religion, sanctity of marriage. It no longer exists.:(

Marriage was for life. If you husband beat you ....pray. If one was cheating...pray. Husband drank and didn't support family...pray. Yea, I can't wait to go back.
