This is no longer a "community" bank. All the new top brass are brought in and most commute to Bardstown. At 5 pm they are on the road!

Denise has implemented some polices for the tellers that are really pissing the long time, good customer off. A teller told me that she walks by them with her nose in the air and will not speak to them. I am hear to tell you that the tellers are the most important employees in a bank! That are the face of the bank to 99% of their customers.

It appears to me that Denise was hired to do the job that nobody else has had the backbone to do, get rid of the "deadwood" in the bank drawing checks. Too many years of hiring and promoting in the good old boy network. Everyone knows some of the ones were promoted or hired because of who their daddy or mommie was and that ain't the best way to run a business! So if you aren't doing your job...McDonalds is hiring! The days of drawing a check and not earning it are over. You can tell by some of the ones let go, direct board relations, that some of the right ones are being rooted out. I think some of the ones doing all of the bad mouthing are nervous when they open the mail-might be a pink slip in it because they ain't doing their job. I say about time the bank got rid of phony ledford and hired some competent women!
u need to get it straight the ones they fired were great employees and worked hard for their money.

Heard she bought her way out of lawsuit in Shelbyville. Cost a whole lot of $$$$.

Town & Country should be so proud to have someone of the character and morality of this snake in the grass in their employ.

Heard that COO and Pres have hired a new HR person. This person does NOT have any banking background and is friend of the Pres. Hmmmm. Understand first job is to eliminate heads. Those in branches need to watch out. Sorry for my friends still there. Glad I'm gone!

Makes sense as they have made it their business to run off all their good customers over the past year.

Anyone been in their main office lately? Locked down like Fort Knox. Makes you feel like a criminal. Heard that the execs said it makes everyone feel safer - WTF?? Safe from what?

They lost $9 million last year, but are spending money like it grows on trees.

I was sooo pissed when I tried to you in the back side door and it was locked. I wanted to talk to a loan officer about something but was so mad, I just left! The new CEO is a joke, what were they thinking? And those stupid kids on the board - please!

She's gone. But the damage has been done. It's a shame the board of directors allowed her to ruin so many careers.

For the remaining employees sake, let's hope the board doesn't continue to screw up that bank.
