Does anyone have any suggestions for a good home builder in the area, (or any builder to stay away from.)Also know of any land available close to town (no more than 5 minute drive) 1 acre or less, reasonably priced. Also would like an area with some restrictions.No roosters and etc. Been there, done that.We are Middle age couple, no kids.

Not sure about land, but Chris Cambron is a good builder and stays reasonable with prices.

now is the time to buy as homes are dirt cheap. You may wanna go that route vs building.

Curtis hatfield construction is the best around, no corners will be cut with him, his crew is probably one of the fastest around too. reach him at eight three three three one two eight.

stay away from Paul Culver. PKC Construction. He going to court and losing everything he's got a big mess. Stay far, far away from him.

anybody know the builder with the last name of Hutchins? anything about him? Interested in one of his houses and will probably put a contract down on one.

Anthony mattingly.His wife rus judy's tanning.He will build it just like he was building it for himself.I have dealt with him several times.He's great.

You better see who the builder was. Just because someone had it built doesn't mean they didn't contract it out to someone else.

according to the real estate paperwork the builder is listed at Hutchins. Is that what you are talking about or do I need to dig futhers?

Probaly Joe Hutchins. He built alot of homes in Maywood.
