So, who is your local favorite high school football team; the one that got beat a few weeks ago 77 to 13 and only won a single game all season; Or is it the other local football that got beat in their last game and only won two games this season?

Good job Bardstown. Excellent season. Seniors should be very proud. Glasgow a very good team that may be at state this year, nothing to hang your heads about. Conducted yourselves with pride all season. You should be proud to display purple and gold. Good job leading coaches, you all did a great job this year. Enjoy a short break then get back in the weight room and get ready for next year.

Well the other two schools might have only won 3 games combined, but you only made it to the second round with a 10-1 regular season record. Im really impressed. Guess you werent as good as you thought. Still ready to fire your coach like you were last year? Second round isn't shit. LMFAO!!!!!!!

No, I did not want Coach Clark fired LAST year or THIS year... he does great things for many students.
And, by the way, if we are going to get "historical" remind me ole' wise one how many STATE Championships your team has accrued over the years and I'll remind you how many the Tigers have on the books! And, I will remind you how many times these Tigers have moved beyond the 2nd round while you sat at home ... now what!!

You should be winning state championships playing weak ass 2A with the athletes you have. Getting beat in the 2nd round isn't good coaching to me.

In Kentucky, the football division is aligned by school SIZE; so schools with 400 students plays schools who also have 400 students; thus Class 2A. This is done by KHSAA. I think it is a damn shame that your school has nearly 2,000 students and you can't find 10 to play football. You can keep on blaming the coaches for losing; I say NOT

I'm a county fan but i have to agree, with my two cents, its a shame NC isnt any good! I would have much rather have seen NC go 10-1 and go to the 2 nd round, then to get bashed by 60 some points and only win 1 game! And Coach Clark has developed into a good coach and will only get better, i wish i could say the same for Egli, but he gets worse!

It's definitely the coaches at Nelson where the problem lies. I don't support Bardstown athletics because I think they are all a bunch of thugs and think they underachieve with the talent level there. Just my opinion.

Well tell me this "my 2 cents". In the last 25 years how many state championships have you won? I believe it's 1. The same as Nelson County. You cant talk about the Garnis Martin years forever. LMFAO!!!!!

If u recall that state championship team nc had.....well they had 1 loss. Recall who to. The tigers. The tigers warded their playoff birth the other 2should never been in the playoff. Please don't try and compare the schools 6a or 2a bardstown has dominated the lifetime series. I will agree they under achieve with their talent sometimes, but they have the most consistent program around here. A 2nd round loss to Glasgow is not a bad one. For a small school they compete on all levels!!!! Go tigers!!!

Bardstown Tigers won the State Championship in 2002 with Coach Joey Downs, I went to the game to watch my nephew. Nelson County hasn't done CHIT since Mark Brown in 1996 ~ that's 15 years of pathetic football ... in case you lost count.

NC is full of hard headed RED NECKS. NC is not winning because there is not enough mixture of color on the field.

Exactky, I said you won 1 state championship in the last 25 years just like Nelson. It's been 9 years of pathetic football at Bardstown also.

Well, the Tigers also made it to State Playoffs in 1992 and 1993 and yes, Garnis Martin still has his name splattered ALL over the high school record books for football. I sure didn't notice anything from your school. Maybe the Christmas elves will sprinkle some magic dust on that million dollar field of yours . . it is going to take something that extreme to get you out of the pathetic column ~ your school supporters post that information all of the time.
