Two people were gunned down on a sidewalk in Baltimore's Barclay neighborhood in a midday shooting yesterday, and one of the victims later died.

I feel so sorry for the family members but some of these fatalities you know are gonna happen because of the lives they are living and then you have family members acting as if this is new
