Welcome to corporate America! Some posts have been right. Mostly wrong. Overseas yes, consolidation yes, at the hands of a huge corporation with zero debt and a fast track to be #1. The union has nothing to do with it, believe what you want. This company (Truseal) has lost more employee's than just one's from Barbourville, KY. It has lost a lot. One's that you possibly do not know. Several layoffs in the past 4 years, while the union workers stayed untouched. The bottom line is the economy is not good and businesses are forced to do what that have too to stay in business. It is unfortunate for a lot of people. I wish you well..

Looks like upity truseal workers will haft to get a real job like the rest of us. Sorry no more acting like your all better because your better off. Welcome to the real world. Well I know a few will be dilling those pills full time now. Nothing better then seeing some people get what the diserve. Don't get me wrong there were a few decent people there I feel bad for but the majority of them thought there stuff didn't stink. Guess what doushes 18 an hour is just average were I'm from. When u ignorant hillbillies get an education and start making 100.000 a year then maybe u can look down on me.

They wont be doing to bad, atleast not for a while. Severance pay of over $5000 a piece, 3-4 mths salary plus almost 2 yrs top pay in unemployment.

You tell Hillbillies to get an education and you can't even spell ? You don't make 100k a year because you can't spell 3rd grade words.
