Has anyone else had problems with virgin mobile phone

I have had virgin mobile service for about a year. Works great most of time until the last two weeks. Customer service is no help always someone in India. Has anyone else had connection issues?
I'm wondering if they have changed towers.

Has any one in the UK had these virgin mobile texts offering 25 mins free if you put money on your phone. The 25mins never comes, when you ring up the call goes to india and you pay 10p again and again.

Is it a virgin scam ?

i got atexton my virgin mob,saying,top up 5pds by 31st dec and get 25mins free calls.it said go to virginmobilepeople.com/25mins.i cannot find that website,just some info from the guardian newspaper

It's a scam. I got the same message saying I had to txt by January 31st to get free minutes. Sent a txt on January 24th and got back a message saying the offer was no longer available. It's a total fraud!!

Virgin offered me for a £5 top up I could have free extra 25 minute by 29/2/2012 contact the internet on virginmobilepeople.com/25mina for more

Cannot locate to this website , phoned & was told it was an IT poblem (not a human error) cost me 10p

I CALCULATE THAT @ 25MINS 10p/min why should I HAVE BOTHERED TO TAKE another £5's worth

Yes ive just topped up £5 and have no free mins and cannot find the link so not happy

This is the second time I've put £5 on my top up and not got the offer promised. Thought that perhaps I'd got it wrong first time. I expected better from Virgin. Maybe I'll walk walk to talk talk or one of the others! Surely this cannot be allowed in Britain. Going to ask Trading Standards.

Same problem as many others. Offered extra 25 minutes for £5 top up. Not found on the website and fortunately I didn't try to ring them as that would have cost money.
You would think Virgin were big enough and have enough knowledge to know how to stop these if they are a scam from outside. Must be virgin itself! What a world--even large businesses trying all ways to cheat people out of money. What will the up coming generation be like growing up in such a cheating world?

Never trust any freebies from Virgin Media. There is no such thing as a FREE LUNCH:):):)Just do not bother to top up another £5 when they say so.

Same problem. just topped up with a tenner and nothing, no free 25mins and as yet no increase in airtime balance, any one found the 25mins for free website yet because I can't. If this is how Virgin PAYG operates they can push it.
