Dealing with Hardships.

How do people deal with Hardships, Mentally and/or Physically?

Is it Best to somehow try and Suspend Alll Emotions? And if so, is there some trick or way of doing so?

Do you know what I'm saying?

Try a antidepressant. They work wonders for me!

go out for a drive with the music up and keep busy stop at differet places it helps me some I no things can be really hard sometimes I have found that it's worse the more not busy the worse it is to think about things

Tim, over there in that other thread suggested "beating her eyes shut". Have you went that route yet?

I overhead a lady the over day that her hair dyed blue, and was covered in tattoos claim she was going to be suspended in mid-air by a couple large fish type hooks in the meat of her back. She said there would be music, beer and food.

Exercise works for me, start by doing what you can, go slow stay with it your body will adapt. Also clean your diet up, more vegetables, eliminate sugar and bread. I'll be sixty this year, three years ago I was in constant pain and depressed, now I feel great. It takes a while but it will happen. Good luck.
