So I guess whoever was gonna get the AD job is pretty mad right now. Where was Carla? Why did Sam vote with Mr. Hulett? Seems like the three members trying to get re elected voted against Hulett. Did Mr. Merida help Tommy or the Board?

Your crasy as h3ll. Even Pineville had a band at the 13th region tournament. Tommy was terrible as athletic director. He charged more than other schools. He should have manned up in the Brandom Elam scandal and then ran Wayne Mills off. He is a joke. Also furnishing shoes with a no bid
I COMPLETELY AGREE!!

A teacher who works in a system as long as Tommy needs support.. For all other accusations, ur entitled to ur opinion.. I would be careful of slander.. The other things that bother me is how do u expect a large population of students functioning on 3 rd and 5 th grade levels to score high on a state test for high school students..... hum... It is a shame but true.. i would luv kc. To be accountable for their top 125 STUDENTS.. but accountablitity with numbers doesnt represent whole populations fairly... I guess it will always be the teachers faults and no one else's .. i wonder where does education starts????

It starts at home. So put down the meth and start helping you and your kids learn. Learning never stops. Schools give you the tools to help teach yourself throught out life. It's fun. More people should be doing it.

Thanks for understanding education starts at home.. I wonder if MR. Holiday realizes that fact or any other paper pushing $$$&%$# in frankfort could figure it out.. Share the accountability with teachers.. Cant believe no one commented on how to figire out how to take a junior that reads on a 5 grade level and make him college ready on the Act.. ooh i forgot its the teachers fault, since they spend most time with the student.. Maybe we can create a form and put OUR names on it and expect TEACHERS to document more since they dont do nothing!! MAYBE ANOTHER NOTEBOOK.... Or we could do a seminar and charge the other districts money for our success...oops my poor baby is going to be in high school what am i to do. i love knox county so much.. I just love knox county.. Maybe we can pray and motivate teachers.and have more meetings.....

Education starts in the elementary schools! Teachers should teach reading instead of texting.

That's a mighty broad accusation to level at someone. Do you have any evidence at all that could stand up in a court of law, or did you happen to witness any unseemly acts committed by him? I could call someone a sheep humper, for example, but does that mean that person practices bestiality,of course not!

I'm glad Tommy kept his job he does a lot for the school anyone who says he threatens student and makes them out as bad is completely wrong. sure he might threaten them with court or jail due to attendance. but that's part of his job. he isn't a pedophile he doesn't pick out one person to give shoes to he gives them to a team as a whole. Tommy has been to every sporting event from track to tennis. He is a good athletic director and just because the basketball coach wanted his job and that Tommy and Hulett don't like each other, doesn't mean he should have his job thrown out to let the basketball coach have. Tommy is a smart man who would do anything for anyone or to benefit the school.
