You are silly. And probably drunk. All I said was that John Mills killed Arthur Phipps over some change. That's all part of public knowledge and the info is all over the web, including on every death row page you will find.

On August 30, 1995 Mills stabbed Phipps 29 times with a pocket knife and stole a small amount of money. He was apprehended that same day at a residence, which he rented from Mr. Phipps, on the property where the crime occurred.

They beat him to death. Everyone knows that. He was not shot and he was not stabbed, he was killed by blunt force trama.

Ok, and I respect the family enough to leave it at that and not say anything else.

The one thing I do know for a fact is, he was murdered. That's how he was killed. He didn't die of any natural causes and he didn't die in an accident, he was murdered by some low life drug addicts. And I hope all three of them suffer greatly for the rest of their days here on earth, then burn in hell for the rest of eternity.

If it were my son, and I was the mom or dad, and one of these three every got out of jail while I was still alive, I promise you from the bottom of my heart, I'd hunt them down and kill them. I don't care that I would end up in prison, too. I wouldn't even try to hide what I had done. But I'd take them out of this world.

So these three punks better be glad this was not my child, because this story and circle of violence would not end until the day I passed.

while I agree with you... There no need to destroy your family or life to finish the job at hand.... These are dopers.. Befriend them and down the road a good snort of Meth with a arsenic binder and all is well... There are a dozen ways to make bad guys vanish if you be quite and give them time to go back to their normal lives... Some times it make take years to wait but it's a case were bidding your time works well...

I think they are waiting on the toxicology report to come back. There was nothing wrong with him when he left home and he was killed within 2 or 3 hours after he left so I'm thinking they probably won't find much. I can say for sure,yes,he was murdered. Thanks for careing. Soon as they tell me it's ok I'll post the exact cause of death.

If you killed them out of revenge for them killing your family, then you are different than they are. The Bible says an eye for an eye. And I believe in that to the fullest extent.

I don't care if they are the worst drug-addicted theives in the world, if they don't bother me or my family, I'll not bother them and I'll even help them out with some food or a ride or something. I beleive in being good to everyone. But, if they murder my child, especially in a brutal, heartless manner like Ryan Foley was, then I'll take better care of myself and make sure I live for the next 20 years so I can be there when they get out. Because they day they get out, all the deer in KY are in the safe zone, because I'lkl be hunting human.

I'm not trying to sound like a big shot. I'm not a big shot. I'm not a tough guy. But, what I'm saying is the truth. Murder my child, and I'll take you and any of your family that continues to support you, out of this world with me.
