What is going on here. The physical service and customer service is awesome but why throttle it blackouts not enough bandwidth.
solution make it bigger make your customers who rely on service purchased happy not grateful when it works.
If I purchase 12 megs to stream nutflix amizonic I want clean HD 1080 so I can see hair follicles not a fragmented matrix blocks like a third world country. When you test your speed on the company they promote and use ots way less than your purchased speed. There is way to much used high end equipment around the world at reasonable prices to provide us a continuous grit free service.
Raise the price willing to pay extra for a better net connection.
AOL dialup .0

I'm not sure what you're talking about. How about explaining it in lay terms, common terms instead of mucked-up computer talk.

I'll go get my crayons brb.
Uno number one o is that they don't have enough transfer data structure to provide what they offer to the paying customers. Our data upload down load speeds vary by the number of active devices in the town if a person happens to be a heavy data transferring junkie gamer file share utorent user with a hot four core multi core computer owner the transfer numbers jump way down to the point it often gets choked off
The quality of the data stream for movies in HD sucks my shit phone plays Netflix better than a 1080 240hz LCD backlit tv and laptops here.
It won't load instantly the movies lag fragment poor pixilation burred imagery the sound iis like a good 1930 RCA am crystal radio at the time high usage or of high demand from your provider via too many people not enough bandwidth for us to us.
If you pay for a service it should work like a prostitute.
Hi my name is Candy I'll do this for that and that for this. Then pay she or he or he she performs. I have never heard of a hooker sued for a refund for none services rendered.
I'm being goofy but seriously 6000 plus citizens paying 40 to 60 Chinese Pasos for service that at times is just not there.
Buy some $hit it make it better go faster
Where is that fiber optic stuff we were promised a decade ago.
I'm not pissed off just wondering why more people speak up and make it happen. Time Warner to the rescue <@>

Barbourville Online is over priced, laggy, and throttled from my experience. Windstream DSL however has been excellent for years, I'm part of the "SamKnows Broadband Performance Measurement Study" that monitors all aspects of my connection 24/7. My speeds are exactly what they should be with low latency.

I'm not expecting perfection with any man made device unless its a Honda just voicing my experience seeking others with similar concern not trying to piss off or on anyone.
I'm happy your getting your service.

I have BBOL and it works great!!! Paying for 12Mbps and getting it during peak times. However, BBOL does need to upgrade a few areas in the area due to over populated nodes.

Well out past Heidrick Windstream is having big issues... We pay for the fastest speed they have and when the peak time hits we might as well be using a dial up... We have called and complained and they did pay a Rebate due to the slow speeds and said they are upgrading systems across the US and have not gotten to out area yet... So if you speeds are below what you pay for call and demand a rebate ..if enough do so then they will get on the ball and update the system... When we first installed the speed was great and we paid for the slower package... as more people got windstream the speeds slowed and we upgraded to the highest DSL speeds they offer... But today the speed is slower most of the time than it was wen we first signed on with their lower rate service... And during Peak hours it is dialup speed...

At&t offers 3 megs and a home phone in a limited area.
The only thing in the USA that works perfectly is the IRS and they are about flawless at what they do down to the last red cent.

Barbourville Online leases their broadband from Windstream, I was getting crappy speeds from Windstream last year and had to go to Thompson park and connect to WiFi to do anything on the net, I switched to Barbourville online and have been getting full speed, and don't have to pay for a phone line.

Windstream thus far the phone number given on average has received three sales calls per day.
The installer was awesome informative and polite. Customer service called inquired about our satisfaction. We gave high marks.
We have burned three utorent files with steady uploading during peak hours reason for that our laptop a Toshiba with McAfee got a virus and will not boot but no biggie solid state hd 199.99 bucks Newegg switching service got a free phone price less.
We still have bbol its still doing the same as stated before.

Bol has been a solid 1.2mb since I had it installed last summer.

Windstream however was 58 bytes per second, and I called them every week for 6 months and they told me they couldn't do anything about it.

Windstream was costing 49.00 for DSL and 29.00 for a phone line that they said was mandatory ( which I think was bs)

Bol is 49.00 and no phone line required, free modem, free installation, and they put in brand new drop line, and connectors throughout the house.

I have nothing good to say about Windstream since the crap they put me through for 6 months, and I was a customer since it was first available in Barbourville. It ronce was a great service, and I stuck around 6 months longer than I should with them.

I am a hardcore gamer and downloader, and I am 100% satisfied with bol.
