Has anyone's child been bitten or kicked by that freak first grader at Central Elementary? At least three different times now this little animal has viciously bitten teachers and the principal and tried to run from the school and the school continues to let him come back.
He needs to be in a secure facility until he gets some help. His parents are probably the problem, and that's too bad, but that does not mean he should be allowed to roam the school looking for someone to bite, growling like an animal. There is even a video of him acting like a wolf and biting people.
When will the school board act? My child is a little older and does not have a lot of contact, but some little kid may get hurt badly. Can you imagine? I'm afraid that is what it will take to get some action; a law suit against the school for letting a known danger stay there.
The school has a responsibility to protect the children that have to be in a classroom with this dangerous time bomb.

It DID in FACT happen! He bit the janitor Mr. Disney Jimmy Walters and the secretary in the office. Hulett sent them to the ER. The kid ran towards the bus garage and was climbing the fence and they grabbed him and he bit the blood out of them!! From what I've heard the kid is VERY troubled and a few of the teachers have said they're afraid of his next actions.

If he uses his teeth as a weapon what else might he use? A knife he gets out of the kitchen at home and hides in his backpack?
If he has done this more than once, and I heard from more than one person that he has attacked his own family the same way, why is he still in the general school population?
I am curious as to what the school can do to protect it's staff and the children legally? Do we now have to allow known threats to be present in the classroom?
how dare you

How dare a teacher or staff film a child without a parents permission. Have a little respect for your students.

Apparently at that school yes! That's why I moved my child out of there! That school is a JOKE!

I agree the school is a joke. They have maybe eight good teachers but the rest are lazy. They stand in the hallway and complain about being at work and gossip all day. And Mr. Disney, please, he is a jacka##. If they would get rid of him CES may have a chance, but if not they might as well shut it down along with DES.

not tape a student? well how else can they prove this child is such a hellion? Why is it one little first grader is getting away with so much? Suspend his butt ,send him home. Our kids deserve an education and there is no reason they have to be exposed to kids like that!

I called the KY Ed special ed and they said if the child had an IEP that the school could be closed down if this story is true

You're calling a first grader a " freak"? what kind of upbringing did you have. Obviously the kid has issues if what's told is true, but to call a 6 year old a freak is kind of immature. Wouldn't you agree?

Who do you think you are? What kind of person refers to a child as a freak, and an animal? This child is an innocent first grader, that probably has had no raising and low life for parents. This child needs the proper help and to be cared about. He needs someone to take the time to try and help him,not call him names and expose him on topix, are you kidding me? Karma is real and I would laugh my ass if if he attacked you'or maybe he will get ahold of your kid next, that is what YOU ( not so much your kid, buy you) deserve to exploit a child in the manner you have. Get a life loser!!!!

yes..this is probably the reason why parents are not allowed in the school. Someone must be afraid of what might be seen.

Listen Parent, or Parents if you report this, there will be no Incident report! Mr Hullett will not have an Incident report from Mr Disney & when you get there to discuss this, it will be you that they make a Fool of!!! If you think you can trust the School Board to Handle this situation, you are sadly Mistaken. Hulette & all the Principals in the Knox County School System are so Evil.... Not to mention they are all together because that they think Hulette will get rid of them, so they don't cross him. You won't have an incident report so when you go into Battle with Hulette, He will act as though he knew nothing & you will accomplish nothing...Do your self a Favor & Contact Franfort!!! Done been there & done that with Disney & Hulette... You'll find out how this school system really works when you start to tackle them !!! God Bless, you'll need it!!!

Well if the person was concerned then she should have went somewhere besides Topix to run their mouth. I don't care what this child has done, he does NOT deserve to be called an animal and a freak. It seems as though you " miss" a lot. The child was exploited bc anyone's that works or is associated with that school knows who this idiot is talking about.
