I have Paul Baker working on my case now. Has anyone else been denied twice and still got their disability?

Be careful with Baker. They seem to be quite disorganized over there.

Yes, mine too. Had to go before a judge and took almost 2 years. However, I had a friend that was denied twice for the same reason but still got hers in a total of 8 mos.
The guidelines say that you can't return to same type of work or you couldn't perform any other job (I think)for a period of at least a year.

Let me tell you something... I have worked in the medical field since 1997. And I paid my share of taxes like the rest of you working ppl have. If it was up to me I wouldn't be disable and hurt all over my body every single day. Do you think I enjoy being this way and not working. No. I dont enjoy it!!! I hope for your sake you never become disabled bc you may not be able to handle the crap your putting out.

With all that being said, does anyone know how long it takes to get to see the judge for a hearing?

It took my husband 2yrs to get a hearing, and now may have to wait another 30-60 days before they send him the decision on his case. I think it is a disgrace when you have worked your tail off and have to beg for something you paid in.
