If I were you, I would go to ACS or Senture. CSC works like this.
Imagine a company where you get hired in on entry level. You do your job and get promoted just because you've bent over backwards and let them rear-end you for all those years. So, now you're a supervisor with no managment experience, except the CSC handbook. How do you think that works out for the employees?
The people in charge are not qualified to be in charge, that is what I have said all along. The FBI turns over 75% of their employees and all the job consists of is typing in information for a background check and telling the gun dealer whether to proceed or transfer it to the FBI. How hard is that? It's easy. So, there is a reason why they lose so many employees when they pay you 9.30/hr for one of the easiest jobs in the county.
I know of two possible pending lawsuits against them as well. So, when you have a company that promotes managers with no experience, is on the verge of being sued for discrimination, loses 3 out of 4 people they hire, and can't retain employees, that should tell you a lot.
When DataTrac was there, they gave hefty Christmas bonuses (like 20-25$/every month you had been there!), plenty of incentives, etc. Now, they've raped their attendance policy so bad, it's not funny.
How do you tell your employees, "We'll give you 24 hours for three months for unexcused absences to use when you need to." After the first quarter, you then tell your employees, "Because you used your hours like you were supposed to for unexcused absences, which is why we gave them to you, we're going to give you 16 now."
That's what I'm saying, they're backwards. With the way the ATF is operating and all these mass shootings, it won't be long until the FBI won't have a project anyway. Gun laws will get strict, that will be less background checks, and they will lose jobs. Don't think Barbourville for that, thank the ATF.
You're just a number at this company, everything I said is the truth, take my word. If you need a temp job for money for Christmas and such, if this is all you can get right now, take it. But I would look for a company other than this one. Take my advice. You get on their bad side, they will fire you for farting in your chair.
I've left the company and so has many others. They actually fired me for something I didn't do, something they should of had on video, but they didn't. Employee at will in Kentucky, they don't have to have a reason. TAKE MY ADVICE, AVOID THIS LIKE YOU WOULD AVOID THE BUBONIC PLAGUE, A TRANSGENDERED PROSTITUTE, A HOT STOVE, SOMEONE WITH THE FLU, A USED NEEDLE, you get the idea!
