There were two classes that trained one for FBI the other immigration. I seen everybody I trained with on Sat they were all there. You must be on immigration or lying.

Is the FBI side the only ones that work weekends now? I worked there a year ago for immigration and it was mandatory you worked weekends that's actually one of the reasons I quit. Has it changed now if so I may consider coming back. When I was there most weeks we worked 7 days a week. Sounds like things have improved since I worked there. I Never had a Saturday off Ever!!! When did immigration change there schedule guidelines?

You obviously didn't work on the immigration call center contract. They didn't work one single Saturday last year. This year they did work on Saturdays for about a two month period, but only temporarily.

I remember working weekends even some Sunday's. It's been a year ago maybe a little longer not much. I think we trained for 2 weeks maybe 3 I can't remember for sure on that part. I have 3 kids and my husband works at Walmart DC and we were having a hard time with a baby sitter because of the weekend shifts because thats what he works at wal-mart. I'm looking to pick a job back up so immigration do Not work any weekends for sure? Do they have a set schedule or is it mixed up? We need the extra money with the holidays coming up any info would help. How's the turn over and there contracts is the company safe that part scared me that it could close at anytime.

You apply online but if you were fired I don't know if they will hire back or not. You might be able to call and ask before you waste your time applying.

It's not really any of your business if I apply or not! I can ask any questions I want about a place if you don't like it the best thing for you to do is get over it, because I could care less what you think. Now enjoy your day

If I were you, I would go to ACS or Senture. CSC works like this.

Imagine a company where you get hired in on entry level. You do your job and get promoted just because you've bent over backwards and let them rear-end you for all those years. So, now you're a supervisor with no managment experience, except the CSC handbook. How do you think that works out for the employees?

The people in charge are not qualified to be in charge, that is what I have said all along. The FBI turns over 75% of their employees and all the job consists of is typing in information for a background check and telling the gun dealer whether to proceed or transfer it to the FBI. How hard is that? It's easy. So, there is a reason why they lose so many employees when they pay you 9.30/hr for one of the easiest jobs in the county.

I know of two possible pending lawsuits against them as well. So, when you have a company that promotes managers with no experience, is on the verge of being sued for discrimination, loses 3 out of 4 people they hire, and can't retain employees, that should tell you a lot.

When DataTrac was there, they gave hefty Christmas bonuses (like 20-25$/every month you had been there!), plenty of incentives, etc. Now, they've raped their attendance policy so bad, it's not funny.

How do you tell your employees, "We'll give you 24 hours for three months for unexcused absences to use when you need to." After the first quarter, you then tell your employees, "Because you used your hours like you were supposed to for unexcused absences, which is why we gave them to you, we're going to give you 16 now."

That's what I'm saying, they're backwards. With the way the ATF is operating and all these mass shootings, it won't be long until the FBI won't have a project anyway. Gun laws will get strict, that will be less background checks, and they will lose jobs. Don't think Barbourville for that, thank the ATF.

You're just a number at this company, everything I said is the truth, take my word. If you need a temp job for money for Christmas and such, if this is all you can get right now, take it. But I would look for a company other than this one. Take my advice. You get on their bad side, they will fire you for farting in your chair.

I've left the company and so has many others. They actually fired me for something I didn't do, something they should of had on video, but they didn't. Employee at will in Kentucky, they don't have to have a reason. TAKE MY ADVICE, AVOID THIS LIKE YOU WOULD AVOID THE BUBONIC PLAGUE, A TRANSGENDERED PROSTITUTE, A HOT STOVE, SOMEONE WITH THE FLU, A USED NEEDLE, you get the idea!

I work in FBI and I love it. I can't say much for any other department, but FBI is easy as pie and it's a lot of fun. Everyone in there is nice and gets along. It is the best job I have ever had.

I'm sorry for anyone who has had a bad experience. But FBI is very understanding when you need to miss for medical reasons and family emergencies. I can see myself there for a very long time.

Your full of crap too! They're far from human when it comes to making a schedule you can follow when you've got small children or have to miss work! I begged to get on a earlier shift as I was working 4:40-1:00 am!! Everyone in my training class got 10-6:30 but 3 of us. The other two asked for late shift but I didn't! You can blow smoke all you want to but management there is bad and they don't give a rats ass about NOBODY!

You work for the company, the company doesn't work for you. You are paid to work the shift they need you to work. If you're not happy with your shift then the solution is simple, find another job.

I wasn't trying to start any drama and I'd appreciate if you weren't mean about this. I do not have any children myself and can work a pretty flexible schedule. I understand that this is harder for someone with children and having to miss for their babies. I was just saying I love my job. I wasn't meaning for someone to attack me over it. I hope things have gotten better for you.
