Don't get your hopes up after you do your training you get the night shift because no one wants it. Get ready to hate your life your gonna work the worst job Ever. I hope you were desperate when you applied this is the worst place to work you'll find out really fast. Enjoy your training its the easy part

It can take a couple of weeks sometimes to get called for training. If you work for the CIS side, training is about 4 weeks long. They usually finish a class, then call in another class. Training is usually a day shift, but not always and once training is over you usually start out working the latest shift, and it can take quite a while to get moved to days.
I worked there 3 yrs..still didn't have an early shift. Had to work til 8 every day.

I was told no exact shift would be given. Each month it changes and it's computer generated by seniority. I was also told Saturdays are mandatory and they are open 7 days a week from 8-1am. I was told its a easy job just a messed up schedule. I really need the extra cash and insurance right now do I'm just glad to have a job. I worked there before when it was Datatrac. I worked there 5 years and the attendance policy is SUPER HARD. I'm not sure how that will play out with me cause I have a child in school and a elderly mother that I care for that lives with me. Time will tell.

There are usually about five days of training for FBI Contract. The shifts are varied just depending on contract needs. The earliest shifts that I have ever seen given to a new hire were Mon-Sat, 11am-7:30pm. But they can change your schedule on a daily basis just based on call volume. They will explain further in training. Be sure and let the trainer know if you must have an early shift. Enjoy your new job, it is NOT as bad as people say. There are some amazing people working there, and you will talk to alot of great people on the phone.

stay away from that place! they will cut your hours because of thier 'budget'. All the managers have thier favorites and you will never be one. The janitors and guards also steal clothes and office supplies out of your desk when no one is there!
I know thats the truth! Ive been told they tried to blame it on csc staff cause the guards and trash collectors dont work for CSC they work for contractors and it could cause lawsuit trouble if anyone got caught. watch your ass if your supervisor or team lead starts talking about things going missing. always make sure you have a buddy with you if you go somewhere alone in that building. etta and cheryl love to paint targets on people they dont like. you'll be replaced with some deadhead new hire in 3 weeks anyway.

BULL HOCKEY APPLE BUTTER! I have been in training ALL week for FBI and was told we WORK EVERY Saturday and if you call in double hours will be deducted from your hours! I started taking calls today as well. They've already changed my schedule this week and yours should have changed as well! Look on the schedule board!!

I wasn't told to be there tomorrow. I have 40 hrs in this week no one told me to be there tomorrow I've did the training like everyone else all week and I was told they would see me monday at 8am. Maybe we didn't all get the same shift. I did tell them I had small children. I refused to work on sundays and it didn't seem to be a problem. Did everyone else not get morning shift as well I figured we all did?

The FBI is still a joke...so what if you're big buddies with operations and ccf, they won't have your back...etta and cheryl will paint a big bullseye on your back and fire the damn arrow...
it's funny someone thinks knowing someone will help them, when they get tired of ya, you're gone
