What does an average funeral cost????

There are now four funeral homes in Knox county where is the best place to get the most for your money? I have called all four to get cost two would actually talk to me but one never called back.

Knox is the best. Joe is a very good guy, as far as cost you're looking between 10k+ depending on casket type and other "x" factors.

Well my Moms funeral was over 10k and we made the "smartest" decisions we could. Maybe way back when they were 5k but not no more.

Knox is the best, they will work with you and help you to get the best for your money. I buried my husband through Knox 3 years ago for a little over 9,000.00 and it was a beautiful funeral.

I buried my mother last December and Knox was the cheapest. It still cost a little over 6000.00 but Joe worked with us on a lot of stuff. We had to dig the burial plot and had family to do hair and stuff so it really just depends on how you want to put your loved one to rest

Don't know if you know or not, but you can actually order the casket from " www.caskets.com ", and they are a lot cheaper. They deliver them to the funeral home of your choice, and the funeral home has to use them. They are guarnteed to be there before the funeral.

You can even buy them from Walmart. Or even rent one. No reason whatsoever to pay 10000 for a funeral.

my husband passed away unexpetedly 10 months ago at a young age,i had no one to help me and not a drop of insurance,he had a beautiful seervice at knox thanks to joe for only 3000,im very grateful to joe and the rest of the staff at knox.none of the other funeral homes would even speak to me without thousands of dollars to pay down thats why im forever grateful to knox funeral home.

Hampton's is the only place if you don't want to get ripped off. Joe at Knox is nice but for 10 grand I would be nice to. He will work you for ever penny he can. You can get a nice funeral for $4000 to $6000.
