I can understand that... It's a new biz and will take a while to build up a customer base and until they do It's really expensive to pay the people and make the food when you only have a few people eating there.. It's actually a good way to get off the ground but the owners should keep in mind that the vast majority of new companies require 2 to 3 years before they start turning a profit...
Exactly, not to mention Monday's and Tuesday's are a couple of the busiest days of the week.

i have never heard of a restaurant that is only open 3 days out of the week. if you want to build up a customer base, it seems to me like they would be open 7 days a week. i agree with specialist, this place will not make it 6 months. plus, what if the 1st or 3rd of the month falls on a monday or tuesday...the day everyone gets their checks and the place is not even open! people with money to spend and cant spend it eating there because they are not open. that is totally absured! must have some genius running that place!

Once again, someone can't count. My calendar tells me there are 7 days in a week. If they close 2 of those, then that means they are open ....uh..5!!!! Got some REAL GENIUSES on this site!!!!

When you have a problem seeing your testicles, and your shoe laces, such as you've repeatedly mentioned on here, one can only assume you're a fat arse.

The food is good! I had the lamb gyro one time and a steak another time. Both were great. Not fast food - but really good. I hope they do well as we do not have many choices for a sit down meal around here. I wish they would start using the drive through for call in orders to be picked up. BTW a friend had the spaghetti and they said it was good too.
