hardly matters, the outcome was determined long ago, he was tried and convicted by the gossip mill back months ago as I recall.

I never much liked either the accused or the victim, and sure if he did it give him the chair, but what I like even less are dog and pony shows dressed up like official proceedings.

Daniel Grubb needs to burn for what he done to Jeremy.. The little bastard needs tied up and beat with a block. Just like he did to Jeremy. I hope he never see's the light of day again. Jeremy was a good person and some little dope head f**ker had to take him away from his family and friends.. I hope he see's Jeremy's face for the rest of his life.. So burn in Hell Daniel Grubb
Sad Fact

The sad fact is that while Daniel was found guilty,he will only get life in prison. Not the death penalty he deserves. A guilty verdict is only small victory for Jeremy's family and friends. And for many it will not bring any closure or comfort simply because there are so many questions that will never be answered and Jeremy is gone, while Daniel is still breathing. Daniel is not the only guilty person in this case, those who listened to(for hours) Daniel beating Jeremy to death; will he begged for help and they did nothing are just as guilty as Daniel is and deserve to be punished. Those who helped Daniel after the fact and kept quiet are also just guilty as he is and deserved to be punished. And the sad fact is none of them, Daniel and all those involved will never get the punishment they deserve here in this world. For many of us the only small comfort we have is hoping that there is special place in the very pit of hell of Daniel and those involved because that is what they deserve.

I hope Mr. Johnson's family can take some comfort in the fact that their son's murderer is going to be behind bars for the rest of his life. I know it may only be a small comfort, as those who helped Mr. Grubb are still walking free, and where is the justice in that? I don't understand it myself and I never knew either of those young men. It does help, somewhat, knowing that Mr. Grubb will never be a free man again, and there's some justice in knowing that. I hope Mr. Johnson is at peace now as well. My sympathies to his family. God Bless you all.

There is alot of people been effected by this truly sad situation. The Johnson and Grubb family's are both in pain! The court system is the one to stand accountable for those other people being free, that's the justice systemin this town. I feel for the Johnson family for their loss, but I also feel for Daniel's family too. I'm not defending anyone but people want justice by the court system, then they get upset with the outcome. Daniel will be in prison for the rest of his life, that's his punishment, and he will have to deal with what he did for the rest of his life! It is time to try and deal with the pain and tragedy this has bought to the family's of them both. We who believe that in god know that the real judgement is yet to come!

who in the f*ck do you think you are? no body deserves to die the way jeremy did. to be beat in the head and lay for hours suffering and begging for help. to be dying and know that there are ppl listening to you and that they wont come and help you. to be alone and scared. and you think that he deserved to be buried in a shallow unmarked grave. what about his parents who rode fourwheelers through the woods fora year looking for his remains. only to be disappointed day after day. a mother grieving for her baby, a dad missing his son, 2 brothers grieving for him. and lets not forget a beautiful little baby who will grow up without his dad. hes probally not old enough to remember jeremy. no body ever said jeremy was a saint. but who among us is? no matter what he did while he was alive, he deserved better thab what he got. and you should keep your f*cking mouth shut about somebody who is dead. let him rest in peace. and to daniel and his family, rot in h*ll. his mom is already there, his dad will join her when his time comes.

I don't know what kind of person you are, but Daniel's mother has been dead for along time, and there should be nothing posted about this woman, especially refering to her being in hell, you are a low life, to tak about the dead. No one is defending Daniel in any way, just respect the dead, no matter who it is!

I think where people get that from is one of the ten commandments say thou shall not kill...so if you kill yourself that's sinning and breaking a commandment and you can't ask forgiveness after your dead...

not contradicting, just stating the facts. she didnt want to live, jeremy did. i didnt speak ill of her, believe me if i wanted to i could. i know plenty of stories. ive known that f*cked up crazy bunch for most of my life. jeremy deserved better than what he got. i have no sympathy for he grubb family, they should be in there with him. his dads girlfriend who testified she listened to jeremy crying for help for hours earned herself a spot beside daniel, his dad, his mom, sister, uncle the whole worthless bunch will have a reunion one day.

We all sin, also the people of the old testament sure did a lot of killing, and God told them to.

Also why can't someone ask God's forgivness just before they kill themselves?

Also i've heard it said that it's not christian to cremate a dead body. It's funny to me that some people can say that God can do anything yet he can't reform someone's ash's into a complete body if it's been cremated.

I'll ask the question again, where do'es it say in the bible you will go to hell if you kill yourself?
