Hasn't been right in a few weeks. Calling and complaining doesn't help because I've already tried that. Trying to think of another way to get this thing fixed.

you are not the only one with that problem. I have the upgrade and it is so slow. download speed and just simple pages take forever to load. it keeps cutting in and out and everytime it does I have to reboot my router and it gets really frustrating. Barbourville internet sucks. they are nothing but a rip off. don't worry, it's not your computer, it's them. too many people online and not enough servers. I am switching to windstream. I wish there was something we could do about it. if enough people threatened to drop their sorry internet, then maybe they would do something. if you can think of something, then you have my support.

I have windstream. And it has been a little slow for the last 2 weeks. Thinking if it isn't any better I will be calling Monday.

I have windstream, and so far it's been pretty steady. Now a while back, I had issues with the service, it would drop out on me and I'd be several hours without service. I finally called at around 10am on a Monday morning and demanded to talk to someone in tech support that had an IQ larger than their shoe size.(some of those ppl, I swear, I just wanna smack them with a stack of books and ask if they gained any sense XD ) After speaking with tech support and explaining to them exactly what was happening, we were able to figure out what the problem was, and correct it, without having to wait three weeks for a technician to come to my house.

Windstream service is pretty good compared to some of the others I've had. Pricing could be a bit better, but all in all, it's not bad. Keep in mind though, that if you need to talk to someone with a mediocre of intelligence, you're better off calling on a weekday during normal business hours.

Yeah. I have had to call before. But hopefully it will improve. Still seems slow off and on.

Windstream is Horrible in Barbourville there has been a "Latency Outage" for several years but they are finally running new line it seems

I think Barbourville Online is censoring porn sites every since the courts ruled against net neutrality. Youtube and other sites load just fine and play videos, but a porn site that I have used for years wont even load the videos for the last week or so. I am dropping them if this keeps up.
