Thanks! Hope it helps someone out there find employment. Oh.. I should also mention that ACS is a smoke free site. All smokers must leave the campus during breaks to smoke.

It's a call center for another states welfare system on one side and call center for credit card on the other. I believe it is full time and yes, they do drug testing. Must type at least 8000 key strokes per every how many minutes they time you with little to no errors. Hope this helps. Best of luck!

I can type like a bat out of hell. I can pass a drug test. However, I can't pass the scrutiny of a background check. I was convicted of Robbery 2 , Promoting Dangerous Contraband, and Escape. Many years ago, though a stigmata that still persists. I do need a job. I have a family. I have worked alot in the most recent past, those type of jobs that people dont care about looking into a background. My skilled trade is in decline. I'm unemployed. These felonies that saw me in prison for 6 years total are behind me. I was released in 2003. Do you ( or anyone familiar with ACS ) know if they will consider a fellow like me? Cheers.

You would think that doing time would be enough to expunge a felony from your background check.

I'll check into it for you. Can't promise anything as you're going to be dealing with people's personal information, but I'll check.

The shift starts around 1:30 PM last til (I think) around 12:30 AM.
Haven't heard back on the other post yet, but will post back as soon as I do hear back.

If you need more information, as my information may not be accurate (I don't work there anymore and my info comes second hand) please feel free to go an apply and the main office in London. They can provide all the information you will need, shifts available, there might be more then 1 shift as I don't know this right now. I'm not sure of the rules on past felonies. However, as you will be working with personal information, they might NOT hire you because of this. Then again, with it being over so many years old, and if you have a positive work ethic since then, they might consider you. All you can do it try for it. I know times are hard, and jobs are hard to find around here. Best of luck to any that apply.

It depends on what job you get hired for, they have data entry, mail sorters, customer service people, etc. Sometimes pay is based on production, call volume, and things like that.
